chenle was out buying snacks with renjun and jaemin after school. jaemin was always taking care of renjun whenever theres a rock he might fall at, he would always move renjun away from the rock.
he felt like thirdwheeling but they weren't even official yet so it's fine.
"renjun you feel tired i can car-"
"nana im fineeee for the many time im fine"
renjun groaned from annoyance but jaemin couldn't help but worry.
"jaemin im a bit tired can you carry me" chenle jokingly said.
renjun then whispered something to jaemin and they both nodded. jaemin gave chenle a piggyback ride and chenle was happy and scared at the same time that jaemin might let him fall.
"hey kiddos we should visit jisung at his work place" renjun said while roaming at the mall
"i thought we were out to buy snacks"
"we can do that later" jaemin said and followed renjun on the way to jisung.
"sometimes i honestly question why are you guys my friends" chenle said while groaning. he held on tightly to jaemin and rested his head on top of the older
he actually liked the idea. he maybe missed jisung- he shook his head and made his thoughts go away. all he should be thinking if jaemin gonna suddenly let go and make him fall.

"it's sooo boringgg hereeee" jisung said while sitting on the chair near the counter. the place was kinda empty since people are busy these days.
"hey i wonder if i should buy chenle a new one- that sounds good right?" he said to himself but his co worker actually heard him.
"aww jisungie buying stuff for his crush" jaehyun said
"come onn you always buy for taeyong hyung! so why can't i?"
"i didn't say anything that you can't buy him stuff im just worried you are wasting money just to see him be happy" jaehyun leaned on the wall while crossing his arms.
jisung suddenly thought of it. what if chenle was just faking those smiles? what if he doesn't actually like them? he doesn't know.
"just confess to him sungie, maybe that could answer your questions and by asking him questions i see him being carried by your friends- adios!" jaehyun patted jisung's back and went back to the store room
"jisungggieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" jaemin and the others entered and hyped the bored jisung up
"hyung-" jisung was gonna speak but renjun cut him off.
"heyy kiddo wanna come with us at your break?" renjun asked
"where to?" the youngest asked
"we are gonna get snacks for the fieldtrip!" jaemin answered instead
"you know sung, you can leave work now. ill let you go this time" jaehyun suddenly appeared and gave jisung a reassuring smile and jisung smiled back
"thank you soso much hyung!!"
"now go change into your clothes"
