I've kissed more bottles than girls.
I've inhaled more fumes
and chemicals than taken deep breaths.
And I wonder if all the deep digging
that was made to find
answers that still remain undiscovered
is the possible reason
for all this hollow space within me.
It took almost two decades
to realize I haven't been alive
the entire time.
