Invisibility potion for 3 hours, just in case they aren't really fallen angels.. check. Coat.. check. Bag.. check. Book.. check. I'm ready to meet them.

A fallen angel sat in an alley, checking off his supplies for doing something he had been excited to do for a while—meet another fallen angel, or possibly two.

Jasper Wilcox was a dark-skinned male who had a pair of wings hidden behind what seemed to be a white lab coat. Below that he wore jeans and a red, long-sleeved shirt. He shoved a copy of the book

and a map into his cheap backpack along with a peculiar looking glass vial then set off for Aynor forest—where he knew he would find not one, but two fallen angels to befriend. He had known this for he was awake at midnight when he saw them flying down from 3 floors high onto the ground.

He needed their help. Maybe they knew how to return to Heaven.

"I cannot.. Believe.. That we stole something.. From a museum." Phoebe panted.

Angela and Phoebe were breathless in Aynor forest for they had been flying all the way from the heart of the city to hide here. Phoebe held the 2-foot long sword in her hand with all her remaining strength and sat on the dry leaves with Angela who had a little scratch on her elbow. After a minute, she laid down exhausted and soon Phoebe had laid down as well. They stretched their wings for a little rest and idled there doing nothing when quite suddenly..

Crack.

The sound of a twig breaking reached their ears. At first they were suspecting that it was just some random animal. But then it happened repeatedly like footsteps behind their backs. Angela bolted upwards in suspicion snatching the sword from Phoebe and pointing it to the sound. Phoebe cautiously stood beside her, her eyes darting back and forth looking for the source of the sound. Then and there, Angela spotted a figure out of the corner of her eye.

"Who are you?!" She shouted. She pointed the sword to the figure but nothing was there. Phoebe shuffled nervously beside her. Jasper quietly hid behind them, unwilling to be stabbed.

Jasper came out from behind a tree, trying to approach them as quietly as possible

Jasper came out from behind a tree, trying to approach them as quietly as possible. But somehow they had heard him. Angela spun around and aimed the sword directly at his neck inches away. Jasper froze.

"Who are you?!" She asked again. "Are you here to chase us? I know you're Sarra's master!"

"I don't know Sarra. I don't mean to chase you. But I need your help."

"I can't trust anyone else after what happened to me!" Said Angela a little louder now.

"Shh.. you'll draw human attention here if you're not careful!"

"But aren't you one of them?" Angela kept the sword at neck height.

"I'm not a human. I'm a fallen angel. And I want to return to Heaven, just like you."

"Show us your wings then!"

Jasper carefully took off his coat and spread his wings.

"Flap them."

He flapped his wings as if he were flying. Angela lowered the sword (still a little suspicious) and Phoebe just looked at him with shock.

"Oh and-um, my name's Jasper."

"And I'm Phoebe and she's Angela and-and-I thought we were the only ones and then.. You!" Clearly, Phoebe was excited that there was another fallen angel that they can relate to.

"And I'm not the only other fallen angel that exists, you know. I used to have 2 other friends but then.. One of them got captured by humans who wanted to sell us for money. Have they been chasing you too?"

"Told you they were humans!" Announced Phoebe proudly.

"How did you know? Have-have you been spying on us?!" Angela asked.

"Only since last night. But what I was really hyped about when I met you was the fact that we all want to return to Heaven. And I can see you're on the way to doing so." Said Jasper, pointing to the golden sword.

"How did you know that too? There's no chance you've read a copy of the same book as us!"

"Or is there? Show me your book and I'll show you mine." He took out a copy of

as Phoebe handed theirs to Angela. They stared back and forth from their book to Jasper's. They did have the same book.

"When did you get that sword?" Jasper asked suddenly, flipping through pages in the book.

"Uhm.. this morning at 6AM, I think." Answered Phoebe.

"Well, we only have 24 hours to collect the rest.. and right now it's 7AM, so we need to formulate a plan quickly."

"Wait.. We only have 24 hours?" Angela was dumbstruck. There was so much they didn't know.

"Didn't you read page 147? Well basically that page said that once you get one sword, you have to get the other two in the next 24 hours or the swords would become so weak that they would crumble to pieces."

"Umm.. We lost that page. It had been ripped off." Said Angela.

".. Hold on. I just need to absorb this information okay? I might as well make a plan while I'm at it." Phoebe leaned on a tree.

"No time to rest! We got to get that second sword! But maybe I'll introduce you to my other friend first."

Phoebe reached into the small handbag and gave Angela her coat as she and Jasper put on their own coats.

"I've almost memorized the way around the city so.. Our base must be this way. Follow me."

"Base, huh? Fancy." Phoebe teased.

"Are you sure we can trust this guy? Like, for all we know he could be part of Sarra's group—" Angela whispered to Phoebe.

"Don't worry about it. He's better than some human trailing us through the city so they can sell us for money."
