It's gonna take long to see you again

7 in the evening...

In a near cafe, two people sat on a corner beside the glass wall the parallel between the outside surface and inside cafe. Sitting opposite to each other, the atmosphere felt merry since it was nearing chirstmas.

The young man who was having the facial expression of excitement, maybe because he was having the time to see his beloved.

Tessa on the other hand was hesitating, she was looking at him with a forceful smile, weakly. She couldn't stop doing it, she was just really forcing herself to be smiling weakly.

"Andrue?" She called.

Andrue face her with a affiliated smile, "yeah?"

"... I have something to say to you... And - and by all means you - you must agree?"

"Why are you stuttering? What are you saying?" He was getting the sense of oddity

She sigh in defeat, "in the following days, weeks nor months... Please don't contact or even to see me," she smiled with grief "... Andrue, let's cut all ties."

Andrue was sitting there, shooking his sudden grieve. Tessa's words are like s bullet that painfully aching in his heart. It was the sudden acts that was decided unanticipated.

He look back at Tessa's eyes, "d-did I-I-I do something w-wrong?" His voice was shaking

Tessa gave her concern look, "you did nothing wrong... It's just that I - this relationship is not gonna work and you're suffering because of this."

"What the fuck is not working?" His tears were now pouring. "How come you say things doesn't work on us?! US! Why did we got this far if it didn't work?"

Tessa was shock knowing that she wasn't prepared for this question. But just gladly look at him with such fake smiles.

"Yes, we did indeed came far... But did it ever occur to you that it may not last long? We may have the life of lavish, we don't have any problems concerning unbalance status... But Andrue... Things that you think will last doesn't always do. To be precise,  faith will make a way for us to be apart. I know it was sudden but I'm doing this for you... You've neglect important opportunities. Ignored all the possibilities towards your success... Refuse to study abroad because you want to stay with me and we both know it's not even worth it."

"So you're letting go?" He asks hurtled

Tessa smirk then looked down on her coffee that she's holding, "I'm letting you go because I need to and it's also for your own good." Smiling weakly

"What the fuck do you mean for my own good?"

"If it weren't because of me, you've been already the successor of the Lamosca group but... I'm your misfortune that you still wanna hold on even tho your life in the future is unsecure. You must reveal your confidence to the world instead of hiding it for a low-lie reason... I'm doing this for your own good and for the sake of our family's different case of adoption." She was losing it

Andrue inner self was really pressured with this devastating break up. For a moment, something came into his mind. Maybe this was happening because Tessa was being pressured by her familiy.

"Is this because of business problem?"

"No, it isn't... Not related to any business problems," she lied. "Andrue... Let's cut all ties."

This four words was really grieving. His mind felt into great despair. "Why?"

Tessa said nothing, she had her mouth shut when she saw Andrue crying. Desperately begging her not to do this, she was really urging to comodrt him and try to say it's all lies. But it wasn't, it's needed and she needed to refrain herself to go and hug him.

This was really hurting to see, she wanted to cry too but she needed to be tough, she needed to be heartless, cold or don't need to care.

She look at Andrue and smile lastly, "likewise to you Mr. Lamosca, I'll be glad if we were to be destined to meet in the future."

She was heading to the airport on that same night, riding a hilux with her driver. She was looking at the window with that sad look. Their family butler who was sitting on the front seat have notice her looks. He was ordered to see the young miss go.

"Sure did Mr. Lamosca doesn't want to let you go... Do you think that you made the right decision?"

"Yeah... He was indeed a man that I want to spend my last days with, he was the best thing that have ever happened to me. I was indeed hurt to see him cry for me, beg for me... But I need to complete my family's matter, as it is the birth oath engagement to the Clarkson family."

"I see... Guess that you're favor in that decision."

She just simple nod, she thought;

Things are complicated than what you think Andrue. It's best to do this than to see you suffering alongside with me... Maybe not in this world, this time... but I'll continue loving you from afar. Through the years I have loved you deeper, trust you stronger and believe you harder... I know you're frustrated of this break up and for this situation, I can't pledged to be yours in precense, I'll be yours by heart... I'll continue loving you in silence... I admit that I'll be missing you... Because it's gonna take long to see you again.

He was walking down the street with hands shoving in his hoodies pocket. He was slowly walking beside the road, eyes are a bit swollen.

He look up to that half moon and close his eyes, "this is goodbye... I'll miss you, my Tess."
