LUCID DREAM

New house, but something different

Katie just moved into a new house with her father. The house was bigger than she expected.

Her new room was very big. It had white walls, wooden floors, and a large window.

It was her first day moving into her house, so there were only some boxes and a bed in Katie's room.It was 11:00 pm, a day before her first day of school Katie was just unpacking her things, until her father softly knocked the door and entered. Her father knows that she has trouble while sleeping at night, so he comes to make sure she sleeps in peace. The two of them would always have great chats at night, since Katie's father was an attorney, they never had lot of time to talk or socialize with each other. Before moving into their new house, Katie and her father would talk to each other at breakfast, dinner or midnight. But moving into this house brought them together.

After chatting with each other for about two hours, Katie went to bed, thinking about her mother, who left her as a kid. She never saw her face or even a picture of her to remember. She felt her eyes shut, and she hears high pitch ringing in her ears, unable to open her eyes, and...

BLANK.

She sees purple mist and hears someone whisper in her ear

"Help me, help me out. I know you can help me..."

"KATIE!" she hears a demonic voice whisper to her 

"KATIE!" A normal voice echos in her head fades. She hears her dad waking her up.

Her dad sees tears on her face. "Katie, are you okay, Sweetie?" 

"I'm fine, it was just a bad dream" Katie said wiping her tears, heading to the bathroom.

"Well, don't cry, I've made some pancakes for you. It's your first day. Get ready you're gonna love your new school." he said with a huge smile on his face, heading downstairs in his workplace outfit.

Katie nods and washes her face, hoping she would forget about the obnoxious dream she saw.

Okay, I hope you liked this chapter. I've worked very hard for it.

Also I broke my headphones that I bought 3 months ago, LOL.
