297 AC. THE RIVERLANDS.

THE RED COULD BE SEEN FROM LEAGUES AWAY - IT STOOD OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB IN THE WILDERNESS, WHILE RED MIGHT BE THE LANNISTER'S FAVOURITE COLOUR; IT WASN'T THE SMARTEST IDEA IN IMPENDING WAR. Dark grey clouds blackened the sky, indicating a foreshadowed storm or a heavy downpour; Jenny didn't like the rain. Though they were a couple of minutes ride away, Jenny thought about running - though her wrists were bound with a tight rope; her feet weren't. But, then again to get off the horse, the Daemadar would have to quite literally fall off and that had many risks, such as sustaining an injury.

Then, Jenny remembered the 'friendship' between Lord Valtheos and Lord Tywin, whilst Tywin liked the patriarch of the Daemadar's immensely - Valtheos detested Tywin for what he did to King's Landing, but the Lord of the Jewelled Isles put on a good face of pretending. He had deceived Tywin Lannister with ease, portraying himself as a man that liked bloodshed and power; much like the Lord of the Rock. Either way, the gut feeling Jenny had wasn't all bad, though he had commanded the sack of King's Landing, she believed the man wasn't overall a tyrant; he just did what he had done to survive.

"I don't think your Father is as smart as everyone claims him to be," the blonde woman, who's wrists were getting sore, mumbled - this earnt a quizzical look from Jaime. "All I mean is, I know red's your favourite colour, but on tents - for a war camp?"

The Kingslayer almost laughed, "It's a good colour," he defended, " It may not be the best to camouflage, but we don't need to camouflage," Jaime boasted, "Because regardless if our camp is ambushed, we'll win, because we're the better fighters."

The woman sat in front of him scoffed, they'd been riding well over three days and her legs were beginning to sore from being sat on a horse all day. Not to mention, Jenny was appalled by the state of herself, the train of her dress had become muddied and torn and there were rips just about everywhere. Her hair was like a scarecrow's; she looked dreadful.

This was the first time Jenny had ever been in the Riverlands properly, it was beautiful strip of country but it still didn't compare to home. "I really do look presentable, do I?" she sarcastically spoke, "And I'm meeting your father for the first time!"

Raising a brow, Jaime looked down at the woman with confusion, "I didn't take you for the type of person to worry about that sort of thing," he drawled, "Besides it's not like you're my betrothed."

At the mention of betrothal, Jenny's face turned pink and she found herself thrusting her elbows into the man's side like she had done numerous times over the last few days. "We both know Tywin knows your ideal betrothed all too well," she joked, referencing to Cersei.
