Chapter 9

Jacey's P.O.V 

Once we got to the diner we all got into the booth. I sat next to Connor and brad. Tristan and James sat across from us. I laid my head on connor's shoulder and look at James. "Dad?" i say. James's head shoot's up "did you just call me dad?!" he exclaims. I nod and smile at him. "everyone move out of my way" he says. Brad and tristan move out of his way. He came and hugged me. I smiled big at Brad and hugged back. "ok can we eat now?" i ask. James lets go and we all sit back down. We all ordered and talked amongst ourselves. 

Connor wraps his arm around my shoulder and I lean against him.  I could tell he smiled without even looking at him. "just date already" Brad exclaims. Everyone laughs at his remark "what? You two are so cute" Brad says. I slap his arm "shut up" i say. "oooh someone's in love with connor" Tristan teases. I blush deeply and look down. "is this true?" Connor asks. "believe what you want ball" I say. Everyone laughs at my comment. "it's like we're watching a movie" Tristan says. "I know a movie that's been going on for the past 5 months" Brad says. "i swear to God if you both don't shut up those curls will not be on your head and you'll never be able to find your drumsticks again" I threatened. They both go quiet after what I said to them. "damn you both got quiet after she said that" James says.

We were all get our food and start eating. The boys eat like they haven't eaten in days. They were eating like animals. I roll my eyes at them and the way that they were acting. We all finished eating and James paid for the food.  We all headed back home and the boys went to their room. I went up to my room and grabbed my guitar. I started playing the melody to can we dance. I guess i got so deep into playing that i didn't notice that the boys were watching me play. 

Brad's P.O.V

Once we got back everyone parted their ways into their rooms. Then I heard someone playing guitar and I got the boys. We all went to Jacey's room and watched her play. She didn't even realize that we were there until she was finished playing. She looked at us and smiled at us. "that was amazing" I explained. "where'd you learn how to play?" Connor asks. "self taught" She simply says. We all let her be after that. I can see why Connor likes her so much. What can you not like about a girl like her.  

James's P.O.V

I never realized that she knew how to play guitar. I always thought that it was one of her parents and  she took it when she lost her parents. She's really talented for her age. The boys and I are really lucky to have a girl as talented as Jacey. I can't wait for her to meet my family and her 19th birthday is coming up. I have to ask the boys what we're gonna do for it. She probably just wants to spend time with us but you never know.

J: boys Jaceys birthday is coming up in two weeks 

C:I know can't wait to give her my present 

B:same 

T:I haven't got her anything yet

J:well you better hurry up 

B:bro you didn't get her anything

T:I don't know what she likes

C:well get her like stuff for her guitar or something

Tristan's P.O.V

I totally forgot that jacey's birthday is coming up so i went online and ordered her mor guitar strings. How did i forget? I'm such a bad person. How can i not know what she likes? She's been living with us for 6 months now. All I know is that she likes conner and music. Now i can see why she likes connor so much. She's like the girl version of Connor. She's perfect for him I've never seen him this head over heels for someone. The way that he looks at her and talks to her. His actions towards her are perfect. He's so smooth I need to know what his sources are. 

Connor's P.O.V 

I know the boys want me and Jacey together but i don't want to cross the line. I don't want to push her to be in a relationship. Everything is just starting to be alright between the both of us and I can't risk her not talking to me anymore. She's too important to me to lose her again. Everything is perfect about her the way that she talks, smiles, and the sparkle in her eyes. She's always on my mind 24/7. She's pretty, gorgeous, beautiful, and perfect. She deserves the world and more. I will do everything in my power to make sure she is safe and protected at all cost.
