Chapter 4- Really?!

"Alright guys, your having a girl!" Said Jacks doctor.
With tears in his eyes he wrapped Jack in a hug and whispered "I love you so much Jacqueline Marie Sloane"

After the appointment Gibbs made a *secret* reservation for the Rooftop Bar and Grill while he waited for Jack to get out of the restroom. They drove home just talking about all of the things they needed to get and where they're going to put everything.
Jack got in the shower and Gibbs started to get ready for the night.
She could sense he was a bit nervous when they got to the restaurant but wasn't sure exactly why.
Gibbs ordered the steak medium, per usual, with a glass of bourbon. He then remembered his beautiful girlfriend couldn't drink right now and instead ordered a Coke. Jack ordered a ceaser salad, chicken strips, and French fries but could not wait for them to finish to get desert. Gosh she was so hungry lately! Half way through dinner the music on had stopped and everything went quiet, Jack looked at Gibbs with a worried look and he got up and nodded at the waiter.
"Jacqueline Sloane. I never thought I was going to find a love like yours again or wanted too i was happy on my own I was set in my ways. Then you knocked on my door with a big smile, soaking wet from the rain and just came right into my house. That night was the night I realized how much I truly loved you. The first night we had ever met I knew you were the first person I wanted to see when I woke up and the last to see before I fell asleep. I love you so much and I'm not much for words but I can tell ya this i love you. And that little girl I already love so much and we haven't even met her yet. But I know I wanna spend the rest of my life with you and her. So Jacqueline Marie Sloane will you marry me?" Gibbs then got on one knee with a beautiful ring box and popped it open.
Jack had already started crying when he first got up "stupid hormones" she mumbled as she bent down and kissed him. Everyone in the restaurant clapped and cheered.
"Jethro this is the most beautiful ring I have EVER seen! Where in the hell did you buy this?!" She asked.
"Uh babe I didn't buy it I'm sorry" he looked upset. "Oh my god you did not steal this LEROY JETHRO GIBBS so do not even try that excuse! How much?"
"Oh haha no. It was uh my grandmas wedding ring." He stated.
She gasped and started tearing up.
"Babe why didn't you give this to Shannon?" 
"I didn't need too she didn't want a ring or anything she knew I was hers and she was mine" he said.
"That's beautiful hon. But are you sure you want me to have this? What if I lose it or drop it down the sink or-"
She was cut off by him kissing passionately.
Around 2 am they were both awake watching an old western on the couch cuddling when Jack said "So when do we tell everyone? Because ellie has already texted me three times asking about the baby and our relationship."
"Well I told ellie I was gonna propose to ya. Hope that was okay?"
"You are actually very sweet cowboy. How come you don't show your soft side more?"
"Because you bring it out in me Jack." He kissed her forehead and said "We should probably go upstairs we gotta work tomorrow"
