First off. Thank u so much for reading this book of mine! It makes me happy that people read my stories that I just thought of out of the blue when I'm living on my daily life. Even though I'm not that present often.😅 This will be a 1st POV of a Haikyuu!! character of your choice (it doesn't actually matter if it is Haikyuu!! But this one-shot actually for Haikyuu!! Because it actually ends, like, a couple of months ago.) and a gender neutral reader just for this one-shot.

Second, this story is for Haikyuu!! This story is inspired by a tiktok user the_weebteam. They posted a video about what if anime characters think about us too? The video consists of anime characters crying and saying something like "I wish I was real so we can be together" or "Fate really hate us together, isn't it?". It's basically us wishing that we were an anime character/they are real just reversed. Anime tiktoks makes me cry sooo......

It's not supposed to be this way. But it did.

I look up at the sky, from where your face are.

Watching you get excited watching us makes my heart swell and put a smile on my face.

For the first time you showed up, it honetly feels uncomfortable, actually, it felt creepy. Someone watching your every move on almost a daily basis. You felt someone staring at the back of my head. Or even right on my face. But, as the times goes by. I got used to it. I got too used to it to the point that I'm always secretly looking forward seeing you getting excited of the littlest of things. It makes me want to smile when I hear you squeal when something almost romantic happening between characters, including myself.

And then I realized I fell for you. I fell in love with you. It feels so...so........surreal.

Everyday I think about you, sometimes it even also makes me squeal.

Sometimes, I saw you became angry. When someone talked trash about us. I know your protecting all of us. But I just felt like I'm the only one you're protecting. I know it's selfish of me. But, I just can't help it.

And I love how empathetic you are. When you feel like crying when something serious is happening and then you suddenly laugh when that serious aura quickly got broken.

It makes me happy, and it makes me sad also.

Because I know this will not last forever.

I'm just a mere fictional character. A mere character for entertaining people. Like you.

But, you know? You're different? Because you make me feel?

You remember right? People saying that we don't have feelings? Because we're not real? Well, we are but, you prove them wrong.

You make me feel something. You prove make me think that my life is not complete without you. You make me feel...... Alive. Like a human being.....not just a mere fictional character....

My friends think otherwise though.
