Syala was dragged into the mostly empty barracks and was put into her bunk.

There were 36 people out of the 108 people who originally lived in the barracks and they we're placed in random locations across the barracks. 6 out of the 21 slaves who fought in the command center were in the barracks but Syala smiled at the fact that 15 people, including Dallo and Ainnaz.

Syala only had minor cuts but was tired. She still had the knife but she hid it on her waistband but toke it out and hid it under the mat that laid on the bunk.

Syala saw Ayy, Do'tala and Na'seca walk up to her. "(Hey, how are you feeling?)" Ayy asked, kneeling to Syala's level.

"(I-I'm alright, how are you?)" Syala asked, sitting up to look up at them.

"(We're doing okay... Zhar didn't survive)" Ayy said, looking at the ground as she held her children close to her.

"(I-..... I'm so sorry, I didn't know)" Syala said, thinking back to her parents as she slid out of her bunk to hug Ayy and the children.

Ayy wanted to cry and almost did but she knew that Syala was just a child, also suffering from her losses.

"(But we shall stay strong, alright?)" Ayy said, looking at Syala as she sniffled. Syala nodded, hearing footsteps walking in from the door.

"(It's best we go, rest well)" Ayy said, standing up and walking to her and the children's bunk.

Syala nodded as she laid back as the scene of Minnua kept playing in her head. She fiddled with her thumbs before closing her eyes, eventually falling asleep.
