I couldn't wait to meet up with Charlie. Half of me wanted something to happen and the other half reminded my ass that I had Ethan. Speaking of Ethan, I took out my phone once I entered the car Charlie had sent down to pick me.

I wasn't completely comfortable with it but he kept insisting on it saying its better so I agreed. I glanced at what I'm wearing, a pair of high waist jeans and a simple baggy crop top. I knew I should have worn something sexy and not a Friday look clothing. Why did it even matter? I shouldn't be trying to impress Charlie; I have Ethan I told myself.

I suddenly remembered I haven't exactly heard from him today and I was about to check on him. I sent him a text on Instagram after some minutes he replied with emojis. After some time of me trying to bring up a conversation and him killing it, I gave up on him and focused on the ride.

Apparently, Charlie lives in a gated community like I used to. he never acted rich although the saw signs. His cars and clothing are but outside that his character was pretty chilled. When we got to the house front, I admired the house before me as we drove by. it looked so beautiful; it was like a mansion fits for royalty.

speaking of royalty, I wondered if Charlie was, I thought smiling to myself.

The driver let me out and all the time as I stepped out the vehicle, I kept admiring the environment. How the flower seems to fit in to the building as if they weren't planted. The fountain pouring out water from the palms of a hand and how everything seems to be in the right position. My previous house was nice but this was more than nice, this is heaven on earth.

I was so lost admiring the house that I didn't notice Charlie going to stand behind me. that was until I felt hands snake around my waist and a voice whispered in my ear with a chuckle

"if I didnt know better, I will say you like looking at my house surrounding than me love"

"Charlie "I said turning around to give him a full body hug

"your house is so beautiful "I continued in a dreamy voice which he chuckled at

He led me inside and let me tell you for a fact. the interior was more starling than the environment. I was even tempted to ask Charlie if he was royalty but I stopped myself so I wont look stupid. After many turns, I ended up in his room. the walls were painted grey and white and it looked very tidy for a person who had been in it recently. I watched him sit on his bed and became aware that I had to sit with him there.

"Elle come on make yourself comfortable "he said

I gave him a shy smile taking my sit on a chair next to his desk glancing at books and novel. so, he reads a lot explains all the AP classes

"Elle "he said standing up to come in front of me dragging me into his bed inevitably me sit opposite him on his bed

"why you being so shy, I told you I wont do anything "he said winking at me

"Im sorry Im not just used to it "I said playing with my hair

"which part, me flirting with you or being in my room "he said

"your flirting with me? "I said with a puzzled face

"sure love, you are really innocent arent you "he said chuckling

reaching out to me he brought me closer to him so that we were at a close distance from each other

"now I have got you close enough. Im all ears, tell me about it all "he said with a smile tucking a loose strand of my hair

I fondled with my hands a little before I started my tale. I told him everything from my dads death to the fraud, how we lost everything. How I feel my mum hiding something from me because of how she acted, why I cried in the library that day. SAT and then I told him about Alex, how he was investing and his weird advance.

When I was done, I watched for a change in his facial expression. To see anything but it remaining emotionless, he must have noticed me staring when he said

"turn around "

I did and suddenly I felt to hand snake around my waist and a body holding me tight. With his head on my shoulder, he whispered you're going to be fine

"what if bad things keep happening, "I said with a small voice

"well love you have me to cry on I will always be here for me "he said kissing the back of my head

I turned around and hugged him tight telling him thank you

"its not a big thing love "he said kissing my check I released him in order to cover up my blush but he removed my hand

"if I can make you blush peck with a peck. I wonder what effect I will have on you when Im actually doing stuffs to you "he teased raising his eyebrows

"Charlie "I screamed hitting him with a pillow

"yes love "he said feigning innocence laughing

"youre so nasty "I said laughing

"let me show how nasty I am "he said winking making me blush.

After playing around with Charlie all day I found it rather hard to say bye to him. I guessed he must have noticed when he said

"dont worry love your welcome here anytime "

He pecked me again before asking the driver to take me home. I have to say i miss Charlie already
