Chapter 2: "Meet the unexpected person in a unexpected time"

My first day wasn't bad. Well, after introducing part. I never talked or such. I talked only when my professor will gonna ask me something important, and of course, Im being active to my class, in a good way.
Im not the type of person that talk very much. I don't want to waste my energy to little things. Im not type of person also that , uhm? Sociable? Yeah, I weren't. I have trust issues so its not that obvious that " ilag" ako to my block mates. I rather to sleep or watch movie all day, than going out with oh so called friends, but they weren't real.
It is already lunch time, and because I am new in here, probably I still don't know where their canteen at. Buti na lang at nagbaon ako. I let out a sigh, I roamed my eyes around our room, and I notice that four of us were only here. Just like me, they don't care also about others.
Patuloy ako sa pagkain while Im busy watching " I want to eat your pancreas" an anime movie that, the girl is sick and she will teach you about friendship and such. When I was in the middle of the movie. The bell rang, I pouted then I fixed my lunch box and put it in my lunch bag. I get my mirror and put some powder on my face, smiled, I sighed because of that. How I wished my smile can be real. I just rolled my eyes and wait for our professor to enter our classroom.
While waiting for our prof. kinuha ko ang libro ko sa Biology and start reading, while reading, nakaramdam ako nang presensya na may nakatingin sa akin. I lowered my book and find those eyes, I saw her staring ,no, glaring at me. I stared at her back then she just rolled her eyes. What the hell was her problem? She is really a weird girl.
I continued reading, and just sighed because of that. I looked to my watch, and saw that our prof. was already 30 minutes late.I saw one of my block mates went out and talked with someone outside. After 5 minutes he faced us and called our attention. " Guys wala daw yung professor natin, may meeting daw kasi para sa nalalapit nating Party. And after 30 minutes daw, pumunta na daw tayo sa computer lab kasi dun daw tayo magklaklase." I raised my right eyebrow because of that, we are already college and it is possible that we have the same schedules of this people?
Parang narinig nang lalake ang tanong ko at sinagot nya din ito."Alisandra, pare-parehas tayo nang schedules pag Tuesday and Thursday.while M-W-F we haven't, maybe some. Btw, my name is Joshua. Josh for short, your class president." He just smiled at me and he putted his hand in front of me waiting to shake hands with me. At first, I really don't want though, pero para hindi sya mapahiya tinanggap ko na lang ito at nginitian sya pabalik.
Time were really fast, it's already my last subject which is chemistry, we are here in the laboratory when a lightning strike and followed by a loud thunder, " AHHH!" "OMG" even me,hindi ko maiwasan makipagtilian din, nakakagulat. Our laboratory were closed, at hindi hindi mo basta maririnig ang ingay sa labas pero sa lakas nang kulog na yun pati dito sa loob narinig namin.
Dali-dali kong kinuha ang cellphone ko at nakitang walang signal, badtrip, paano ako makakatawag kay daddy neto?! Nang tiningnan ko ang paligid ko naguunahan na sila lumabas. Hinintay ko silang lumabas lahat. hanggang sa nawalan nang kuryente. Dali dali na ding akong lumabas. Paglabas ko nagtutulakan na sila at pasimple nila akong natulak.
