Shapes and silhouttes within my mind
As I picture a lady dressed all in white,
The sound of thunder
Brings the fury of the storm
As twillight descends
Upon a once sleepy town.
Nightmares and dreams
Distorted into one
Vision played out
Of a tale to be told,
Who is this lady
And where does she go,
Phantom like
She floats
Through the corridors of my soul...
Eyes closed
And pen grasped tight...
I await for a wave of inspiration
To bring her to life.
