"Nova It's not a ball we're going to the mainland" I screamed to her from down the stairs. At this point, I had been waiting for her for an hour. All she was supposed to be doing was her hair, I mean slap it in a bun and call it a day right. I'm wearing a dark green hooded shirt with tan shorts and thigh-high boots paired with a low ponytail and that took me less than 20 mins tops.

For Nova who finds this whole ordeal way too exciting has on an all-black silky dress with a gold belt and smaller gold details. With a subtle cinnamon scent. She has her hair down free-flowing with the wind to come.

As nova walks out of the room she has a little backpack of her own " what's in there" I say pointing at it.
With nova's best old English voice she replied"This old thing oh I found it with lots of makeup in it. Our mister must have had a lady friend quite long ago for it was all dusty. Anyways let's go" nova grabs my hand and runs out to the boat I found yesterday night.
The ladies took the boat to the mainland and walked through a little forest and it led to a city but this city was weird. The people had phones but still rode in carts pulled by horses and donkeys. As our demi-god walked through town our lovely Nova caught the eye of many men. They were working up the courage to talk to her because Eve looked very threatening for a woman. Finally, one tall man[5'10] walks up to Nova and throws his hand over her shoulder while saying.
"How about we go for a ride together " He whispers and then looks over to eve "Your uhm lady friend could come as well"

Hm, he's quite tall with a nice build but the face ohh goodness well I guess can work around it."Eve, it sounds like fun can we go please " I begin a soft voice.
With absolute pure disgust on her face Eve replies "Give me one good reason why we should go with this person"
"Well you know we haven't had fun together in a while." She says, wiggling her eyebrows. I can see by the way she looked at me the answer would be a no. With slight disappointment in my eyes, I gave him a hug and "borrowed" a few koi off of the man but turned him down. We walked off and I showed Eve my prize "100" I said which was the number of koi I got off that guy. By the time the ladies were out of sight of the guy, who was the baron's best adviser was mad, and spending his time since the encounter with a knight looking for our demi-gods
Our favorite demi-gods make their way to a bar that Nova was invited to and Eve decided to tag along. As the night crept up on our ladies the number of men that gathered around Eve and Nova grew. Mostly Nova because of the look on Eve's face and as her Alcohol tolerance is strong. As Nova takes her 6th shot of the night the baron's best adviser walks in with a psychotic look on his face. Pushing past the crowd the barons best adviser grabs Nova by her hair and not one person dared to confront this man for he is of high rank. Luckily for Nova, Eve never leaves her side so she hastily gets up and yanks his hand away from her head.
"Please look but never lay a hand on my lady sir" Eve says quite Aggressively. Eve may be taller only by 3 inches but that is still taller.
Although he is afraid he quickly regains his composure and stands firm. "I am Wels the baron's best adviser and this disgusting woman she stole from me".
"Do you have any proof or is harassing innocent women something you do often?" Eve says getting quite aggravated at the whole situation.
"Yeah"some random from the crowd yells Bringing a lot of attention to the situation.
"This isn't over" Wels scoffs before leaving the bar. Eve and a very drunk Nova thank the men before they leave and find their way to a nearby inn.
"Can I get a room with two beds please"
She checks her computer and looks back up "We only have one king bed, available ma'am"
"Not the first time we slept together," Nova says and giggles. Dam who turned out the lights.

As they were getting into the elevator Nova dropped to the floor. Eve rolls her eyes but picks her up bridal style and lays her in the bed while she learns more about the humans.
