author's note & about this au

inspiration behind the idea ~ 

- this au was originally written back in 2017 as a bts jimin au and i initially started writing it on the army amino app. it was called something like room 999 i think skadjfdfak

- with some friendly encouragement by a group of close twitter friends, i have decided to start writing this again!

- i had around 5 chapters written before i deactivated my account & lost all remaining records of the story

- thankfully, i still remember most of the story's plot and have decided to refurbish the idea by turning it into an iland/heeseung au

- this au is heavily inspired and has themes about dancing!! i used to train in classical dance and is an art form i appreciate and love a lot. this au will have slight mentions & descriptions of dance.

quick notes ~

- this is my very first au so please forgive any grammar/spelling errors

- i don't usually like to stick to a set schedule when i write so do expect irregular updates with this book 

- this book has fluff, casual humour, occasional swearing & angst (anything else serious i will put warnings before the chapter begins)

- hye-in: your childhood best friend, inseparable with you, in the same faculty as you

- heeseung: one year older than you, also a dance major
