World closing down
On his last hope

His whole body is on adrenaline. Heart pounding though his chest to his ears hearing nothing but a scream and gut shots that is tearing his heart slowly away. Breathing is out of control feeling the urge to let everything stop but keep on going for the girl pass out in his arms. With wide open eyes looking around his surroundings with shaking out his unsteady movement's from fear he runs in a pace no one ever seen before. Large quick steps though the soft ground that soon becomes hard and sturdy concrete.

"You be safe here love" He says so softy knowing she isn't awake while he lock her in his safe lock away room. He contacts Rowy then quickly finds his blades. Next to it was a gun that Rowy made him take and keep if there was any emergency. Victor hesitates to grab the gun but hear people running his way, they can't find her with that thought he grabs the gun and loads it then run into the fight.

He runs out of the room and when he was about to go down the stairs he sees to guys with black mask pointing guns to me. He instantly puts his back to the wall when two billets went pass his eyes. With wide eyes he gets off the wall and shoots one guy in the chest and the other guy jumps forward and grabs Victor. They fall down the stairs and once they reach the floor the guy starts punching Victor in the face. With all his strength Victor pushes the guy off him and throws him to the wall. He gets up and kicks the guy head knocking him out. He hears the door opening and grabs his gun pointing it to the intruder

"IT'S JUST ME DON'T SHOOT" Rowy yells while dropping his gun. Victor was about to respond until he saw something behind Rowy.

"GET DOWN" Victor shouts and shoots while Rowy drops dead onto the floor. The guy behind Rowy falls to the ground with blood coming out of his neck.

"That was a close one yeh?" Rowy says with wide eyes feeling his heart racing out of his chest and looking at the dead guy. Victor rolls his eyes at him and walks past him.

"How many guys are out there?" Victor says while firing his gun when he thought someone else was coming.

"About 10 that I seen I knock some out when I was coming in" Rowy says grabbing his own gun and checking if it's loaded. "I called the cops so they should be coming soon"

"Ok good" Victor says and making sure no one else comes into his house. The only thoughts running is his head is keeping Amelia safe.

"Is she here?" Rowy ask with a grin. Victor looks at him and glares.

"Are you the reason she came to talk to me?" Victor looks back to the broken door waiting for someone else to come in while Rowy is suppose to be looking at the windows but instead he him giving Victor a sneaky smile.

"Noooo"

"You shouldn't have" Victor looks at him again "it's dangerous. Why you think they came here?" Victor points to the dead guys laying on his floor.

"At least you don't have rug carpets"

"At least I make common sense" Victor mumbles while Rowy pouts but then fires his gun when a guy came running from the door.

"You got shoot" Rowy points out after a couple seconds of silence. Victor looks down at his arm that is dipping blood onto his clothes and floor.

"I didn't notice" Victor flatly says and then feel blood dripping on his face probably when he and that guy were fighting. "I was outside with Elia then we hear guns shots. I got hit while carrying her because she passed out" Rowy looks at him with a sad expression. "She is okay. I have her locked away in a room."

Victor just wants this to be done with so he can go check on her. He jumps in his place when he finally hears the sirens. He looks out the window and see the cops either shooting or trying to grab all the guys out on his property.

He hears a window break beside him. A guy jumps though the window and tried to run upstairs.

"Oh F no" Victor shoots the guy but ends up only hitting the guy leg. Making him fall but still gets up trying to crawl up the stairs. Victor runs to guy and throws him to the wall where the other guy who is now dead lays. The front door gets thrown open breaking it even more, Victor glares but then stops once he see the police man. Then more police start to enter his house looking around the house where all the dead guys lay. They all looked at him and Rowy who walked next to Victor.

"It was all defense officers" Rowy says while putting his gun away. Victor looks back at him then the officers. They say Victor gun wound and mention he should get that look at.

"No duh" Victor mumbles making Rowy chuckle but coughs while the officers turn took at him. "Are they gone now?" Victors asks so he can go quickly get Amelia.

"Yes, we got some but a few escape" One officer says and another adds on "There no one else around your house now but we have some questions to ask you" Victor nods and adds he be right back then runs up the stairs to where Amelia is. He unlocks the room and see Amelia just waking up. She looks at him and see blood and cuts on his face and upper body. She freaks out and trys to talk but coughs.

"Take it easy darling" He says softly to her and gets her to stand up. Her not caring about getting blood on her hugs him tightly he returns the hug. "I explain later, but we need to go downstairs. I'm going to carry you and I want you to close your eyes" Her eyes held confusion. "I don't want you to see what happened" She nods and close her eyes. Victor picks her up bridal style with Amelia arms around his neck and her head against his chest.

"Who is she" A officer says once they reach dow stairs.

"A friend. I kept her away so she won't be hurt" Victor says while tightening his hold on her. "I will answer your questions but first I want to get us check out." The officers nodded and Victor head out to where the ambulance is. Amelia open her eyes and he looks down at her. Gives her a smile smile and says,

"Your okay Love" With a kiss on her forehead. Their hearts pounding together.
