FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS THINGS HAVE BEEN AWKWARD IN THE STUDIO. it was clear to EVERYONE that zach and sloane were not getting along. they refused to interact with each other unless they had to record their parts together or one of the boys forced them to ask the other a question. even with all the tension the song was finally finished and all that was left was the music video. the thing sloane dreaded most.

"SLOANE DO YOU EVER WAKE UP ON TIME" sloane's one and only manager tessa screamed at her once again. "what do you wantttt" sloane whined. tessa looked at the girl with a concerned look. "wait are you not kidding? you don't know what today is?" tessa said to the girl. sloane tilted her head at tessa while furrowing her eyebrows. "today's tuesday?" tessa sighed at the younger girl's forgetfulness. "NO DUMBASS TODAY IS THE MUSIC VIDEO SO HOW ABOUT YOU GET UP AND GET READY" paris said very annoyed. she has heard sloane talk about this music video since her and the boys finished the song. all sloane has done is complain about how she is going to have to act like her and zach get along when they all know they don't anymore.

"thank you pariss" tessa said sarcastically. "WHAT?! ALL SLOANE HAS DONE IS COMPLAIN NOW SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO FORGET!! I WISH I COULD FORGET BUT I CANNOT FORGET DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS ENGRAVED IN MY HEAD" paris yelled while stomping downstairs. tessa already knew about sloane and zach's issues due to the very petty instagram posts. they were both yelled at for putting their drama in the public eye and haven't been allowed to post anything since. "whatever paris" sloane said groaning while hopping out of bed and moving to her closet. "they have your outfit on set so just put on sweatpants and a sweatshirt or something" tessa said. sloane nodded and did exactly that.

the three girls finally showed up to the shoot and walked into the dressing room where jon and the boys were. jack and corbyn were getting their makeup done, jonah and daniel were getting their hair done, and zach was no where to be found. "SLOANE'S HERE" daniel said once he saw the shorter girl walk in. they all greeted each other with a hug and not even a second later zach walked in. with kay. "oh hey" zach said to sloane. she just gave him a small smile in return. "HI" kay said to sloane. sloane ignored her and turned towards jon. "so jon how is this gonna work today" she asked. kay mumbled something under her breath but sloane didn't care. "well we are going to shoot all the scenes you and the boys do together and all of your individual scenes today and then tomorrow we will do the rest of the paired scenes" jon said cheerfully. "we want this filming process to be as short as possible so that the faster we get this done the faster the song can come out the fans can listen to it, and then y'all can focus on your albums" tessa said. sloane was having so much fun with this song and hanging out with the boys she forgot that she had her own album that needed to be released and so did the boys. "any questions?" jon asked knocking sloane out of her thoughts. everyone shook their heads no and went back to what they were originally doing.

sloane went over to wear jack and corbyn were to get her makeup done. as she sat down she saw jack eyeing her outfit with this weird look on his face. she decided to ignore it until she looked at him through the mirror again about 10 minutes later and noticed he was still staring. "YES JACK I GET IT I LOOK LIKE A HOBO I WAS NOT TRYING TO DRESS UP JUST TO CHANGE SO STOP LOOKING AT ME" sloane said. "no that's not what i am focused on. do you- do you have zach's sweatshirt on?" jack asked confused. sloane looked down at her shirt and noticed that she was in fact wearing it. "oh yeah i guess i didn't realize it when i put it on this morning"  sloane said a little sad. zach had given it to her when they hung out alone for the first time at chipotle. he felt bad for making her cry and gave her his sweatshirt to borrow but she just never gave it back.

"so are you guys friends again?" jack asked with a little bit of hope. "oh god no. he gave this to me a while ago i just never returned it. we are definitely not friends again" sloane said sternly. yes she missed zach but she was still mad at him for calling her a liar. "why nottt" jack whined. "he broke our trust jack. i can't be friends with someone like that. he hurt me" jack just nodded. he understood it just upset him that the two people he cared about don't get along. sloane got up to get her outfit for the video the same time zach went to get his. "oh i'm just getting my outfit" he said. "yeah me too" she said. "did you- did you mean what you said to jack? about you not being able to be friends with me?" zach asked while looking at his feet. sloane didn't realize he was listening to their conversation and felt bad about what he had heard.
