Their heart skipped at the sight of Claire. They froze and stayed rooted at the spot. Happiness was an understatement of how they felt, they felt excited and surprised.
"Oh my God! White witch woman, it so freaking good to see you in the forest how did you find us?" Del questioned nervously as her face stretched in a slight smile.
"It finally good to see you girls alive. Congrats on the success of your first mission." Claire congratulated with a smile and began walking towards the forest.
"You still haven't told us how you found us, and what mission are you talking about?" Char probed inqusitively as a slight frown took over her features.
"It has been written and prophesized by Athena that two girls will save Achaemenid Empire when the time comes. You saved the children, you met with the dark witches all on your accord without any help." Claire affirmed without looking back at them.
They both stared at themselves in awe and disbelief.
"How then did you find us?" Del perused again.
"Through the magical bracelet in Char's hand. We have a connection through that bracelet so I used it." Claire affirmed and used her staff to cave a way through the heavy blanket of forest.
"So you mean you had a stupid link all this while to trace us and you never did? All of a sudden you appear out of thin air and come prophesizing shits now." Char chided as her body vibrated with anger. Every hair in her body stood up right and goose pimples arose in her skin. A furry whirlwind began spiraling around her and her eyes turned into a dark gray colour.
"Char? What the hell are you doing you need the calm down right now." Del forewarned and began taking little steps backwards from Char.
"I wasn't allowed to interfere with prophecy. You alone is meant to find the kids, discover your powers, and encounter the witches and the vampires. You are very much different than before now, you are experienced and more prepared for what destiny as in store for you." Claire hollered and sent a gush of peaceful wind to Char. Char gasped for breath and finally collapsed on a bed of dried leaves as her eyes met with the thick huge tree that served as a shade to them.
