~ 10 Years Later ~

18-year-old Natalie raced through the forest leaving a trail of blue and gold lightning behind. She sped past a waterfall and failed to notice the pair of icy blue eyes peering through the gloom of a bush. 18-year-old Henry leaped through the air and slides on ice in pursuit of the speedster.

"Woohoo!" Henry yelled enthusiastically.

"Too slow! You can't catch me." Natalie teased.

"We'll see about that," Henry said determinedly.

As she sped through a clearing, a sudden blast of ice forced her to the ground.

"Tag, you're it!" Henry said smugly.

"I hate snow," Natalie said dusting herself off looking unhappy. She then crosses her arms.

"No fair! You didn't give me enough of a head start!"

19-year-old Lucy drops down laughing as she watched the whole thing from the trees.

"No, fair?" Lucy rebuked, "Aren't you the one who called out no powers and then ran away?"

"Yeah, well, I meant no powers for Henry!" Replied Natalie, embarrassed.

"Of course," replied Lucy. "Guess what Nat, you're it!"

With that, she leaped into the trees and Henry followed as he slides on ice.

"Hey!" Natalie called after them, "Not so fast, and no powers!"

She stared after them for a moment before using her powers as well and running.

Bruce watched them from the monitors. "Alfred," he called, "Adjust environmental controls in the hanger plus two therms, radar ray 7 needs realigning, and let's get lunch started, shall we?"

"Commands in progress, Sir." a masculine robotic voice replied.

21-year-old Aaliyah Hol kneels in front of her mother and father's monuments at a nearby fountain. She had on her Thanagarian armor and her magical mace made of Nth-Metal which laid on the ground. Her eyes are green and her hair which was dyed burgundy blew freely in the wind.

"I dreamt of Thanagar again, Mother. I heard you calling my name. I know you're real. Please hear my prayers and I hope one day you will come for your daughter."

Near the fountain, at the edge of the tree line, was 20-year-old Terry Wayne. He sat crisscrossed on a rock and was meditating. Terry would accompany Aaliyah whenever she visited her parent's monuments. She would tell him all about her dreams and he would listen intently.

Henry headed over to Aaliyah and hoped to catch her off her guard. As he approached slowly, he raised his hands and shot a freeze blast.

"Tag! You're it!" He yelled. "And Mother," she said loudly, "lastly I ask you to give me the power to destroy Henry, once and for all!"

"WHAT!?" He exclaimed fearfully. Henry gave a little gulp before turning and running as fast a possible. "Nat! Help!" He yelled out. Aaliyah stepped forward breaking the ice, grabbed her mace, and threw it at him. He saw the approaching mace just in time to duck and avoid being crushed by it. The mace hit a large boulder it broke into pieces.

A Batarang was thrown at Aaliyah's feet. She looked over to see Lucy hanging like a bat on a tree branch. Natalie raced over to her brother and Aaliyah.

"What the hell took you so long. I thought you were the fastest woman alive." Henry said hiding behind her.

"That's not how tag works, Aaliyah," Natalie glared, "You're supposed to run from Henry, not attack us!"

"I know how tag works. I'm not stupid." She said angrily.

"And why didn't you do anything?!" Natalie yelled looking over at Terry.

"Henry needs to learn how to get out of his messes on his own." Terry calmly replied, without even opening his eyes, "We will not always be there to help. He was lucky Aaliyah missed her mark."

"I'm a Thanagarian Princess and Warrior. I never miss." Aaliyah replies. She made her way over to the broken pile of rocks and picked up her mace.

Lucy dropped down to the ground.
"So you're not a Thanagarian? Or do you people just not make good on your threats?" she asked.

Aaliyah turned toward her, fire in her eyes. Lucy put her hands out in an 'I surrender' position. But Natalie stepped closer not backing down.

"Okay, that's enough. Break it up you two," Terry yelled. "Whenever you two fight, I have to clean up the blood!"

Aaliyah shot one last glare at Natalie before turning back to Terry.

"Where's AJ?" She asks him.

"He's on the beach training alone." He replies.

"What about Jon?"

"He's still sleeping and hasn't woken up yet."

"I'll go get AJ and we'll meet you outside of Jon's room." Aaliyah spreads her wings and flies away.
