The moon was high in the sky, illuminating the small town down below as the humans rest for the day. Completely defenseless against the creatures of the night. Well, for a not for a certain human. He wasn't asleep like the others, he completely emerged on his work. 

Terunori Kuga was a chef. Not just any normal chef... he was a chef that is quite known thanks to his particular power. 

He could heal people with food. 

"Hm... where the hell did I put the new spices at..." He muttered, looking around his table. He's been up for the past three days or so, hoping to create a new recipe to let his costumers taste. "God- I'm going to lose it if I don't clean this place..."

Unbeknownst to him, two figures have been watching him from the shadows of the outside. Glowing green and blue eyes, not leaving his figure as he moved about his home. They have been here for the past week, keeping an eye on the special chef under the orders of their lady. 

These two were familiars. 

The one with pink hair and green eyes was a snake familiar. And the one with red hair and blue eyes was a fox familiar. She had gain three tails, making her very rare to encounter and she's very smart. 

"Goddamit... I'll just do it tomorrow..." Terunori sighed, stopping his search as he made his way back to his room. "I just need to rest... then maybe the room will be back to its shape..." He muttered, snuggling on his covers. 

Within a flash, the two familiars stood in front of his bed, their eyes having a dangerous glow. 

But they just stood there. And after an hour of doing nothing, they disappeared.

In a place far, far away from the town was a forest. People have said that this forest was cursed by the sins and has been avoided for a long time now. 

But not for a certain someone. 

In the middle of the forest stood a wooden mansion. To the naked eye it looked scary and creepy, but to those permitted to can see a wonderfully created structure made of only the best materials there is. 

Those who can see it are the two familiars from before. 

They went inside the barrier and inside the house. The inside was neat and tidy, filled with items from all around the world, potions of unknown origins, and scrolls of world-ending spells just laying around without care. 

They made their way to the second floor, and once they arrived at the open space, they got on knee and bowed to their master. 

"My lady, Mayo, and I have returned." The snake said with smile. His name was Amabi Mitsue, part of the very secretive Mitsue family. 

"Welcome back, Amabi, Mayo." A person sitting on the various pillows in the room said with a soft tone. She wore mostly black, she was adorned by various black diamonds on her body, a very rare jem. There also various types of desserts floating around her. "So, have you found him?" She asked, her (E/C) eyes glowing with a dangerous flare. 

"Yes, we've found it, my lady." Amabi replied with an airy chuckle. 

"Just give us the word, my lady." Mayo added with a little flick of her tails. 

A smile fell on the master's lips as she heard their words. She raised a finger and a crystal ball hovered towards her. She tapped the screen and it showed an image of someone with blonde and brown hair. 

"Hmm..." She hummed as she tapped the crystal, gently caressing it with her long, black nails. "Bring him to me."
