"Liya!" I heard him called for me.
Don't ask me how I knew it's him. It's just that somewhere along the way of me liking him, my mind subconsiously made itself familiar with Geo's voice.
I shifted my body so that I'm facing him. A disheveled, panting Geo welcomed my sight.
What a sight, love.
"What?" I asked. Keeping my thoughts to myself.
Well, I'm known for being boyish. And having a crush is a big no, no to that. Plus, it's going to be really awkward between us and I don't want that to ever happen. Well, maybe in the near future if my clumsy, undecisive self suddenly blurted it out or rather confessed to him.
"911!"
"Huh?"
"I mean, emergency! Sir Royce is looking for you, I mean us." he said pointing at where, I think, Sir Royce is.
"For?" I asked him whilst walking side by side with him.
"You know. The usual. Calculus."
Argh. This is what I hate about being good at Mathematics. Contrary to that I like it, too, especially that it makes me have a moment with Geo. Just the two of us.
Geo and I are both good at Mathematics. And greater if we're together. Truth is, we became close because he left his assigned group in Calculus and changed seats with the person beside me. And then, the rest is history.
When we arrived at our Calculus teacher's room. He gave as an 75 items activity sheet and told us to give it to him at lunch, answered and with solution. At lunch! And that's two hours from now. Fortunately, we had time to answer that hellish activity sheet—since our next subject teachers were busy preparing for evaluations—and passed it at exactly 12 o'clock.

"Mornin'." I mumbled after I sat at my designated chair. The one in the middle, second to the last. I put on my earphones and blasted its volume. EXO's Peter Pan played making me feel nostalgic. Ah, how I miss OT12.
It was a good 20 tp 15 minutes when I felt that someone poked my shoulder. But, since I'm really not sure, I shrugged and just played with my phone. When I felt another poke, stronger than the first one, Iturned my head and caught glimpse of Geo entering our room.
"What?" I mouthed at Dani, a close friend of mine since first year of high school.
Instead of giving me an answer, she smiled at me meaningfully and shook her head. I rolled my eyes at her and got back on what I'm doing, playing plants vs. zombies.
I shook my head smiling at myself, thinking that she probably did that so that I could see Geo entering our room. And I thank her for that. I'm so blessed to have a friend like her.

"Damn, it's calculus, again. I really wanna cry."
"Pst, pst. Cover me with your bag again later.
"What will you do again?"
"I'm going to sleep, as usual." I heard my classmate said before he started laughing so hard.
Tsk.
Look how pathetic he is, sleeping in class then when an activity is given he's going to whine so hard that I feel like my eardrums' are breaking.
Pathetic.
I shook my head and made my way to our Calculus class. I sat down at my chair and subconsiously looks at my side. Geo's still not here. Where could he be? I let the thought passed because I know he'll be here in a short while.
I was busy looking at my notes—full of shortcut notes and the needed formulas—trying to figure out how to make the method in calculating parabolas, our teacher taught us, shorter.
"Liya." Oh, he's here already. But, I don't give a fuck right now because I really want to figure it out already. I want some burdens out of my shoulder right now.
"Hmm?" I hummed still looking at my notes. I bet my brows and forehead are scrunched right now.
"Liya."
"Hmm? Why?" I asked, looking at him.
He smiled at me and shook his head.
"You're so nosy." I said rolling my eyes at him and focusing, once again, at my notes.
A small smile crept into my mouth, no matter how hard I try to stop myself from smiling.
Damn you, Geo. Damn you and your effect to me.
