Thinkin' About You

"Now that Eunha has Jimin things going on, I hardly know what to do with myself," Sowon said, sinking down into her bed as she lay her phone to the side.

I looked over at her from my spot on my bed.

It'd been a couple days and the whole Taehyung thing had died down again. I buried it deep within myself and told myself to never, ever open that door again. I thanked the heavens, cause I knew he was going to want me to come over again sometime soon.

Surprisingly, Sowon had also been around a lot more. I wondered if she had a fight with Yoongi or something, but she didn't seem upset. She was just around.

"There's always distracting me from doing my homework," I hummed.

She grinned. "Okay, how do we do that?"

"First," I said, sitting up. I tucked my text book onto the shelf next to my bed and then turned to her. "Now, we do something."

We sat there staring between each other expectantly before she slumped her shoulders. "I've got nothing. I'm so used to people vying for my attention between Yoongi and Eunha that I never usually have to make plans for myself."

I laughed. "Poor Sowon."

She pouted.

My phone vibrated beside me. I picked it up and grinned.

"How would you like to meet my new friends for lunch?" I asked.

She bounced. "Who? Who?"

I got up and started putting on my shoes, looking in the mirror. "Well, you know Jungkook," I said.

She rolled her eyes, "That's not someone new."

I laughed. "And his friend Lisa," I said.

That peaked her interest. "I've seen her, but I don't know her," she said, standing up and putting her own shoes on.

We got ready and then headed out the door together. I shot back a text about Sowon tagging along.

When we got to the student union food court area, I spotted Lisa and Jungkook, looking like they were bickering among each other. Lisa spotted us first and waved.

"Hey," she said when we were close enough. "Jungkook's buying everyone food cause he lost at rock paper scissors."

Jungkook shook his head. "No way. At least let me play them to see if I lose to them also?"

I rolled my eyes. "It's fine, I can buy my own lunch. Just play Sowon."

Sowon grinned and held out her hand and Jungkook did the same. They played two out of three and Sowon won.

"This is rigged."

Lisa was cackling and Sowon was smiling huge. We all told him what we wanted and I attempted to throw my meal card at him, but he stalked off without taking it.

"Anyway, I don't think we've met," Lisa said, meeting eyes with Sowon. "I'm Lisa."

"Sowon," she said, they shook hands.

"So, not to cut straight to the point or seem rude, but I have to ask," Lisa said, turning her attention from Sowon to myself. "Are you and Taehyung fucking or-?"

"What the fuck?" I barely managed to squeak out, and then coughed. "What? Where did that come from?"

She laughed. "I just got a weird vibe the other day."

"Honestly, I'm curious too. What's the story there. You said you didn't like him, but you two are weird around each other," Sowon said, crossing her arms on the table.
