I watch as the colour wheel spins,
A beautiful mixture of white,
As your scent covers me,
And I see those ocean blue eyes,
It is still difficult,
As you watch with a frown,
Loving you was all red,
Grey was all you left,
The lavenders are dead,
And the notes burnt,
I wish things didn't happen,
As green came next,
The small hickeys,
And the lipstick marks,
I slid across the floor,
As the yellow flowers,
Slowly turned white,
The pink heart,
Grew stark grey,
Loving you was a mistake,
And I want to forget,
But time can't be reversed,
And neither can love,
So I just sit in the corner,
Content with this one sided love.
