Theory 2- The Fling (P1)

Between the years of 2015 and 2016, where Perrie and Jade were both single, the band mates are theorised by fans to have had some sort of fling. During the time after the big Zerrie breakup, Jerrie constantly partied together and even admitted to going to LGBT bars and having flirts with girls. 

The fling is thought to have been a bit experimental and would explain the sudden stop to Jerrie at the end of 2016, where it's suggested that Perrie first met Alex and so her fling with Jade would've come to a stop- it's unlikely that Perrie would cheat on a partner considering her rough past. 

In February of 2016, these photos surfaced of Jerrie in the back of a cab at the Brit award after party, the first picture catches the two in a compromising position with Jade leaning into Perrie and Perrie grabbing the back of Jade's head and pulling her forward. To the outside eye, it looks like a kiss....

And then seconds after they pulled apart this suspicious looking snap was taken and Jerrie look incredibly guilty, as though they were caught doing something that they shouldn't have:

This picture was never commented on by Little Mix or any member of their team. It's been left down to fans to speculate. 

For months on end, Jerrie were spotted out together in 2015, entering and leaving clubs together and were only occasionally seen accompanied by their other bandmates. 

And they were always hand in hand.
