The day of the dance has come. Y/n is unsure on what to do mostly because he can't dance.

After Y/n came back to the dorm he waited for Blake to come out.

On there way to the dance they notice Sun trying to put on a tie but he just can't. Blake helps him.
When they arrive at the dance they're greeted by Yang who says how adorable they look.
When Y/n tries dancing with Blake he didn't do as bad as he thought. But he almost stepped on her foot twice.
Y/n: This isn't as hard as I thought.
Blake: Your not bad at this.
Y/n and Blake are taking a break from dancing when saw a figure running across rooftops and he and Ruby followed them to the tower.
Ruby and Y/n called over their weapons and went inside. When they gone to the top Ruby called out to someone and Y/n went into Stone Stance.
Y/n: We know your here come out.
Then the figure came out she looked like some sort of thief or ninja as Y/n and Ruby fought her she made her escape when General Ironwood came in. The lady escaped but she kept looking at Y/n with what he is sure was a grin.
Y/n left after Ironwood came in when he got back to the dance Blake asked him what happened he didn't know but he knew they would find out sooner or later.
Y/n: Blake I have to go somewhere. I'll see you tomorrow afternoon.
Blake: Okay but. Where are you going?
Y/n: I'll tell you when I get back.
Blake: Okay.
But then Jaune comes in wearing a dress and Pyrrha is laughing
Pyrrha: Jaune you didn't have too.
Jaune: Hey an Arc never goes back on his word.
The next day comes around and Y/n left the school grounds because there was someone he had to talk to.
Y/n arrives at a cliffs edge and gets on his knees.
Y/n: It's good to finally be able to talk to you....

Y/n now just sits there tears in his eyes and remembering the good times he had with her.
He plays a song on his flute that he learned from Jin. Y/n spent almost the whole day there. He told her about his training and about his friends and about Blake.
Y/n: I'll do anything to protect Ruby and Yang Mom. I promise.
Y/n: I miss you mom. I'll look for you in the next life. I love you goodbye.
Upon returning to Beacon Blake noticed the tears that were still there. She wrapped him in a hug.
Blake: Y/n Whats wrong.
Y/n: I went to see my mom.
Blake: Oh its okay.
Y/n: I should take comfort knowing that she is at peace. But the pain I miss her.
Yang: We all miss her Y/n. If she saw you now. She would be proud of the Samurai you became and the Huntsmen you'll become. I'm sure of it.
Y/n: Thanks Yang. I'm going to help Pyrrha with Jaune's training.
Y/n is now on the roof helping Pyrrha train Jaune.
Jaune: Hey Y/n can you show me how to use your stances.
Y/n: Alright we shall go in the of Stone, Water, Wind, and Moon.
Jaune: Fair enough.
After 2 hours Jaune has become skilled somewhat in Stone Stance but he's sloopy in the others.
Jaune: Man this is hard.
Y/n: Take time Jaune the others stances will come to you sooner then you think.
