I put my phone down and just stared at everybody swimming. I started tearing up but then my mom called me. "Josh come on!" She said. I wiped my face and then jumped into the lake. We swam around for a while and then got back on the boat to eat a snack. I picked up my phone. "Josh stop checking your phone. We are here to have fun." My mom said. "Mom it is important just leave me alone." I said. I walked to the back of the boat and they were all sitting in the front. I looked at my phone and I had so many texts from so many people.
*Texts*
Sam: what is going on?
Thomas: We are trying to make him stop but we can't get into his room
Tayler: josh what is going on. Are you ok?
Alex: we are trying to get chase to stop. We are so sorry.
Sam: stay strong buddy.
*end of texts*
I threw my phone down on the cushion and then I walked to the group. "Josh why do you keep checking your phone?" My dad asked. "Nothing. It doesn't matter." I lied. "Josh you have checked it so many times. It must be important." My mom said. "I don't want to talk about it." I said. They both nodded. Nessa looked at me confused. I just shook my head and started eating. We finished eating and then we went to the house. I was sitting on the couch and Nessa was sitting on the couch across from mine. Then everybody else was just sitting around us. I was nervous because Nessa was on her phone and I know tiktokroom tagged her in the post. A few minutes passed and she looked at me. "Josh we need to talk." She said. I nodded and we walked to the room that she was staying in. "Josh those texts were not supposed to be out to the public." She said. "What even happened?" She asked. "Well he started tweeting things and I just wanted to expose him for lieing." I said. "Well you should have asked me first." She said then she walked out. I followed her. "What is happening?" Bryce asked because Nessa walked out of the room mad. "Well I put screenshots of personal texts of Nessa and now she is mad. I was just trying to make her look better but no. Also I got mad because chase started talking about how he wanted to date her and I said that he couldn't and then he got mad. Also me and Nessa have been dating but we are not anymore." I went off. Oh no. I just told them. I also just broke up with her. "Wait what?" She looked at me with tears in her eyes.
