We were on the jet waiting to head to out destination Los Ángeles, California We were heading there for a case based on a male that kills a bunch of short brunettes I was sitting in front of Hotch it was awkward I wont deny Im new here along with Emily, we came the same day And getting on Aaron's good side is pretty hard His face scares me
"How's it going?" I say bit nervously to Aaron He looks at me a bit confused "Im okay..nobody asks me that..why are you asking me that??" He says confused "Oh it's just i-" and before I could finish he cuts me off "You're profiling me Agent? Don't do that, you yet to even prove that you're good enough for this team, plus don't start thinking we're friends Agent" he says and looks back down at his book I was in absolute shock, it kinda hurt What a way to start the day off, no? I grabbed my stuff and headed to were Morgan & Emily were
"Sorry about him, he's like that at first" Morgan says patting my shoulder I've already became pretty close to Morgan & Emily "Yea.." I look down at my book a bit sad and kept reading After a while I fall asleep
Few minutes later
"Hotch why did you have to act like that?" Morgan sits next to Hotch "I didn't do anything wrong, did I?" He says confidently "Uh you did? She was being nothing but nice Hotch? Sheesh" Morgan leaves out of disbelief Leaving a confused Hotch reading his book
Autopsy
"All of his victims have scratches in the chest area and are all dirty like if they were dragged across dirt or something plus all of them have a gunshot wound on there forehead" I say examining the dead body in front of me I was working with Hotch, Morgan & Emily JJ, David & Spencer were off at the crime scene
Few hours later we arrive at the crime scene
I start examining the room were the poor victim was shot and I heart footsteps coming from the back of the house I hold & load my gun up and walk outside carefully No one in sight I slowly but carefully turn around and I immediately felt hands around my neck "Hey there.." the unknown person says and starts playing with my hair I immediately kick him in the stomach and he falls then I handcuff him and pin him to the floor and I point my gun at him Never taking it off him I call the team to come from my radio And they all run immediately in disbelief "H-how?" Emily says as Morgan takes the male to the police van "I guess some people don't know how to hide" I say wiping some sweat off my forehead "He was desperate, you meet the standards of all his victims Y/N..you could have died why did you come here alone!!!" Hotch says angry "Ok..we caught him..why do you care anyways" I walk away
Later on we asked the man questions since we weren't fully sure if it was him
Later on we figure out it was who we were looking for
On the jet to go back home
"Hey" I felt a presence sit next to me and it was Hotch "..hi?" I say a bit confused "Look Y/N...im sorry that I lashed out on you earlier" he said I was shocked I mean THE Aaron Hotchner felt bad That's the first "Hmm, are you actually Aaron? He wouldn't say that" I say with a slight smile He laughs a bit "Now you're laughing, this can't be Aaron" I smile "Yea yea it's the first but I mean it Y/N" he smiles and walks away
