"People aren't the way they used to be."

With every step the girl took to school, the more depressed she became. She ever barely saw people, or socialized, and she knew that she should have some face-to-face contact, but fuck, she forgot due to her short term memory loss.

Everyday was hard, being in orchestra and dealing with Tracy and Veronica's shit, telling her she isn't playing a note right or her bow should be lower, and Danny knew that they wanted her to quit. Mrs. Brook was such a bubbly teacher though, she kinda made Danny's day somehow.

One day Danny went to fun Friday with the girl who talked to her nonstop during summer, they became friends 'quickly', although Danny was kind of intimidated by her. When they walked through the fence the long haired, brown eyed with deep dark circles underneath saw four girls that interested her. One's name was Fauna, what a weird name, (why didn't they just name her Hannah?), Ereen, Morgan, and Maria. Danny slowly approached them, they looked like they were playing with a weird mask of some sort and screaming, Danny rolled her eyes and looked for Michelle, she wasn't out here. Right. Danny took a seat at the picnic table, getting into her iPod and ignoring the screams. Maria, seemed to walk over and tap Danny's shoulder. "Hey, I remember you. Daniel, am I right?" She added with a gentle smirk, and a giggle under her breath. Before Danny could angrily answer back, Fauna screamed and attacked Maria, causing Maria to topple onto Dan. "WHAT THE FUCK!" Danny screamed, pushing off Maria and catching her iPod.

Everyone looked at her like she was crazy.

"Woah," Maria said with a mocking laugh, "Chill out it was an accident."

"I don't fucking care, and my name isn't fucking Daniel its Danny, and please, control your friend or else I'll control her for you." A sharp look was cut into the blue eyes of Maria, Danny's eyes were rock hard, like a brown marble or rock itself.

"Whatever, bitch." Maria walked off with Fauna trailing behind her, walking towards Ereen. Danny looked at her walk away, and continued to her own business. The bell rung, and she got up and walked out with Michelle who she finally found.

"Maria? Maria's kinda nice though."
"I don't know, I get a weird vibe off of her, don't really know yet but she's rude, as far as I know."
"Eh. Once you get to know her-"
"What if I don't want to get to know her, Michelle? What if I don't want to get to know anyone? What if I just want everything to stay the way it is right now?"
"That's pretty biased, Danny."
"What do you know about biased Mich? What do you fucking know about me, being biased? I'm not fucking prejudice, I have my fucking reasons, I didn't just say it."
"Fine. Whatever."

Later that night, Danny lay awake in bed. She had created a personal, and followed Michelle, and the rest of the people she knew closely. Before she knew it, Maria's Instagram popped up. Danny looked at it, seeing that she had followed her. Whatever. Doesn't matter.

Danny fell asleep with the iPod in her hand at three a.m, her body still fragile as ever. It's actually starting to hurt, the way her skin is tight around her bones. She started eating a little more but she always ends up gagging or throwing up. It hurts to swallow too, it's been a while since she chewed things.

The next day, Fauna walked up to her, Ereen was still with Maria talking. "Hi." She stated simply, looking up at Danny in a very friendly way. Danny looked down at her blankly. She was pale, and had a face that was defined like a model she had seen one time. Other than that she had a beauty mark on her face and she was short as hell, which kinda annoyed of how Danny has to look down. She was a little bit chubby, but the type of chubby you'd see in anime, like the cute girl that's kawaii and innocent, but not innocent at all, and has a very dark mind. Danny stood there without an answer, trying to figure this girl out. "Hi." The brunette grumbled, looking at the brick wall. "So you got a Instagram?" She said casually, pulling out her iPhone. It was pink. Ironic.

"Uh..."
"I know you have one, Maria was just talking about it!" She says with a giggle.
"The fuck... What a stalker..."
"Huh? Never mind, what's your username?"
"Um, it's, Danny_Adamés?"
"Cool, thanks, my Instagram is Faunnyaa, in case if you were wondering."
She left, waving a small wave towards the girl she just conversed with.

Danny, left standing there, whipped out her iPod and looked through her account. She has really huge breasts, even more ironic. Why does she bleach her hair? What the hell? The bell rung, so she walked to class with a boy named Axel. He was short too, just smaller, skinny, and wore a lot of grey clothing. Danny was introduced to his friend, who was a fucking giant, and his name was Kirito. He wasn't even Asian.
