Blast From My Past

It takes Time

My eyes see more than you would know,

My ears hear all that there is to hear,

My smile hides what will be forever unknown.

My heart screams out for someone to come,

Someone that will care,

Someone that will stay,

and someone that will be there,

I have yet to find someone that will stay and take my pain away.

I would like someone to at least want to try,

Someone that will push back against the defences that sheid my heart.

I might have found one,

but I am not sure,

He has hurt me once so i push Harder,

I am trying again to let him in.

It's not easy that i Can definitly say,

but he seems to want to stay this time,

but we will see,

It will only take time.
