This is a tough topic. There was this girl in Australia and probably somewhere else in America but she wrote a note to her parents explaining how she feels and what she's scared of.
Did you here about the hostages in the cafe in Australia?
This man had been charged before. He was an extremist I'm pretty sure. Unfortunately 2of the hostages died.
Can you imagine being kept hostage in a cafe which you visit regularly?
What about France?
That's scary. These 3 men are extremists. They shot an officer and killed 12 people whilst 5 were injured. By the end of this week I hope that those numbers don't change. They are still on the run. I'm updating this on the

Things might change. This is the day that I wrote/finished this chapter.
Terrorism is an escalating thing around the world. A massive man hunt happened/happening in France. One of the 3had surrender whilst the other 2 are on the loose.
If you are becoming extremely anxious or scared talk to someone you trust. Even talk to a counsellor and they will help you out.

Fear of the dark
Fear of spiders
Fear of heights
Etc
Fears can be nothing if you think about it. They can be pretend crap which you got stuck into your head!
