Clock vs You
The clock says night
But your eyes fight
Sleep can wait
Now you want to write
The clock says one
Your words seem fun
Looks like you will
Go on till the sun
The clock says two
Sleep comes in, "boo!"
But you are in the mood
To wave it off, "shoo..."
The clock says three
Your words have gone free
From a seed in your head
They have grown into a tree
The clock says four
Your thumb looks sore
Still, your mind says
More, I have more!
