James smiled, distracted from his book for a moment as he heard his sisters, Narcicca and Lilly taking their bath. For the sake of saving water and because they were twins, and only seven, they took baths together. Across the room his 12 year old brother was looking up from his summer homework, smiling at the sound of his sisters haveing so much fun. The ravenette and blond looked at each other for a moment, before bursting into laughter.
"What's so funny?" Asked their dad, coming into the room. " Lilly and Cissy are funny. " Scorpius said. " well, I've decided to tell you all a story once their done in the bath, so hurry up and get ready! " Their dad said. " Sweet! I'll get popcorn, you get soda? " James asked. Even now, the fourteen year old couldn't get enough of his fathers storys. They only happened once in a blue moon, and were often hours long. His favorite was about the year at hogwarts he found the chamber of secrets!
" Sure! " Scorpius replied, running off to hunt some down. Dad left the room, apperantly to tell the girls, who started squealing. They loved dads storys too. James went downstairs and popped some popcorn, pouring it into bowls and carrieing it to the couch, where scorp was waiting with the soda. Lilly and Cissy came running downstairs, and pushed their dads easy chair In front of the couch, and then joined Scorpius and James sitting down. Their dad sat down in the chair, and said " you all know how me and father met, well today I'm going to tell you how we met again. " he said. They looked at him confused, and he began.
" The war had ended, we finished school, I moved into a flat with Hermione and Ron, Got a job at the ministry, and we went out for drinks with Blaise, whom I had made friends with, every Saturday. It was a good life. It was a good time to be alive! "
