June was over in a blink of an eye and it was now July. You were sitting on a bench under a tree near a park. Your mind starts reminiscing about an email Shoyo sent to you. He mentioned that he lost against Aobajohsai during the third round. You felt horrible and you comforted him.

Your gaze shifted to the electric guitar right next to you. The main reason why you wanted to go outside was some scenery inspiration for your manga. You finished 7 chapters and you had 5 more to go.

You unpacked the electric guitar out of the case and tuned it. You started asking yourself what song you should play. You settled on a calm lofi song you memorized a long time ago. 

Since you didn't bring an amp, it didn't sound exactly like that but it was still calming. It was loud enough to bring the attention of a few people at the park. You didn't look at the people who were staring at you, you were only focused on your hair that was flowing with the wind and the strings that you were plucking on a beat.

When you finished you heard lite clapping. Your view went from the strings to some kids in front of you. You studied their emotions and they all seemed happy. You gave them a wave and thanked them for listening. You played another lofi song once more as the kids eyes were glued onto the bright electric guitar. They all laid their eyes on the beautiful Highschooler playing the electric guitar with passion.

You finished playing the song when you noticed Shoyo walking around the park who seemed like he's looking for someone. He then turned to the group of children and walked up to a girl with orange hair

"Natsu you shouldn't be going off like that! You worried me sick! Mom is waiting for you at the bench near the swings."

"But Sho...this pretty lady is playing the guitar and I love it!" He then turned his gaze to you. He was in shock to see you since you haven't spoken with him for a week.

"Hey there Y/N! It's been a while hasn't it? You play the guitar? That's awesome!" By the time he spoke to you all the kids started playing at the park again.

"Ya, I do. I mainly do it as a fun hobby and it's great to calm me down." He took a seat next to you on the green grass and started looking up at the sunny sky

"How have you been so far? You haven't showed up in the gym lately."

"It's been the same as always. My parents are out on a trip to America and I've been really busy lately. Look after the bookstore, working on my manga, hang out with Kyoko etc. Same thing everyday." You said with a monotone voice. It's just work, work, work, everyday but you're not exactly complaining either. You're almost done with your first volume and you're happy about it.

"..and have you and the club been together since the tournament?" You asked in a curious tone.

"It's going great! We're working really hard to win the next one! Hopefully your parents are having a great trip!" You smiled at his comment for a bit and got up from the bench and packed your guitar back in your case.

"That's great you guys are doing well. I have to head back home now to work again." You waved to him and walked away. When you left his expressions went from happy to concern. You had bags under your eyes which were noticeable. Based on what you explained to him, he guessed that you've been staying up late to work.

You wanted to talk to him more. It all happened so fast. Perhaps a while longer..
