CHAPTER 1: SEX WITH THE MONSTERThe world is fucking dull and bleak.
In my seventeen years of existence, there was only one thing that made me so damned happy—being locked by Gavin's arms.
I was the youngest in the family. I barely had friends. I suck at socializing and interacting with these deuced people. I lost my recent friend just a week ago, we both cheated on our exams and she was enraged when she'd found out that my score was higher than hers. It was only a point and yet she chose to press the button of 'friendship over' than making it pass. It wasn't my fault that she was that dumb and stupid, for fuck's sake.
She knew some of my secrets. She was a trusted friend, I guessed. But when she spread my confidential issue with my father at school—I bursted. To get even, I asked her naked photos from her ex-boyfriend, little did she know that we had a connection, she messed with the wrong person.
I'd disseminated her nudes using a fake account with her name and own photo. However, the issue spread steadfastly than I thought. The thing about my father was completely washed away because of my friend's controversial photos on the internet.
Therefore, I was still accused. And my friend's ex-boyfriend fucking betrayed me. Well, I wasn't expecting him to be in my side—it was just that I didn't know he still loved my friend. Oh, the fuck is wrong with them.
We both got expelled in our school. Including her ex.
I admit, our friendship is toxic.
"Punyeta ka, Vanessa," she murmured through gritted teeth.
Our parents were inside the damned office, probably making a deal with the principal, pero sa tingin ko ay malabo nang pumayag pa. We made a mess. A big damned mess. We'd stained the school's name and image. I was left with my friend here outside the office. Her ex-boyfriend excused himself to the CR. Presumably, to avoid the awkwardness between them.
Imagine, he still loved her yet he'd given me her damned, dirty photos because I was a friend? Or maybe... he likes me?
I shot her with a threatening glare. "Mas punyeta ka, 'wag ka papatalo."
She rolled her eyes, defeated. "Hindi ko akalaing magagawa mo 'yon. That's beyond the limit!"
"And you think spreading the thing about my father wasn't beyond the limit?" I raised a brow and smirked. "Serves you right, huh."
Her lips parted as she blinked various of times. "You r-ruined my image! Ano na lang iisipin ng mga tao sa akin?"
I shrugged. "Uh, that you're a slut which is kinda true?" My brows wiggled.
"Punyeta ka!"
My head tilted. "Go and study in the forest. No one will judge you there," I mocked.
Breathing harshly, she whispered. "Now I know why everyone hates you."
That was the friendship over part.
At the school, mom was acting cool and fine. But when we got home, that was where she blew up.
"Punyeta naman Vanessa, 'til when?!" she exasperatedly asked.
Bakit kayo puro punyeta, I sighed heavily.
"We're not friends anymore," I simply said.
I somehow felt bad for my mother. She was the only one who was still here with me and yet I felt like I was wasting the damned opportunity to be with my loved ones. Mom was a brunette, but her hair had brilliant, white strands now due to stress and problems.
