*In Revision 1

Within the morning, the city of Meldir comes into view seeing Meldir hidden behind the tall, red mountain-like natural walls of stone. The city seemed to primarily composed of 4 platforms, 3 being rings the further off the ground they were. The fourth and bottom-most platform was full of people and seemed to be darkened by the black stone platforms that make living and staying away from the void below possible. The 3rd platform or ring seemed to be better off, they have all the typical things that the Abar Izigo had but with more metal and less art. The 2nd ring had a whole bunch of people with metal tubes with a handle or with a sword conducting some strange and orderly exercise. Finally, the 4th ring looks extravagant with there with a great view of the lovely sky above and the fine golden and white stone decorations around.

Our airship landed on the 2nd ring and suddenly the awful smell hit from this place. It was not unlike the fishing settlements but worse, The stench smelled awful and just unbearable to go through. This place felt odd to be in, there were too many people for my liking, some of them giving me judgemental glares. Some of the people here are humans as I know them back at the east in Abar Izigo, but most others were very different. Some had infernal like horns with red skin and a wide variety of eye colors, yet they gave me less judgemental glairs and just acknowledge my existence. Others had green or yellowish and sometimes purple skin and instead of horns, like the infernal people, they had them at the back of the head that were disked shaped. They were truly alien-looking and often interesting to look at. They seemed to wear old and ragged victorian clothing yet looked wealthier. They were the ones that seem to be judging me and immediately taking a disliking to me, often spitting in my direction or making some sort of rude comment about my ears and tail and how odd they were.

These people remind me of the first blood moon that shined upon my tribe. People and creatures like this, only bigger and less humanoid. The stories that were said that out of the frustration of the Moon Goddess and her people. Her blessing was a blood moon that shined brightly upon there land, turning the gentle icy color to a crimson glow. It was said that strength and courage were bestowed upon the people to push out the infernals during the event. We had 2 more blood moons since then.

(Redescribe the Velam) From there, I was greeted with 5 box-like devices that carried people either up or down. One of these had guards in front of it and hardly anyone went up the elevator at all. The only ones that did were the yellowed skin infernals. I was a bit unsure what to do so I just went to the nearest one trying to avoid the guards as much as possible. More people crowded into this tiny compartment making me feel a bit uncomfortable.

In the descent down, there were valleys that lead down to dark voids. The visible plateaus had 5 primary areas. The first was a giant metal building spewing out black smoke into the air. Many people were leaving and entering the area. The 2nd was some sort of ruins of an old structure while the 3rd seemed to provide food. The fourth area was filled with a bunch of inns and places where people live. The 5th area was mostly shaded from view, but it looked to be where the people here would shop.

Upon arrival to the floor, there were people scurrying to try and rush out the door of this box while others rushing in. The hub of this floor looks populated but miserable. There are people crying or screaming at each other while others choose to not pay attention. Others seemed to run to where they needed to go in fear of being late while others are slow and just wandering outside.

I wandered around a bit trying to find if the festival was down here. While wandering, a lime greenish lady with the infernal horns while also having the same alien horns as the rich and the rude bumped into me while rushing to somewhere else. Unlike the other alien horned people, she was very nice and apologized for rushing into me. She also told be after I apparently looked at her strangely that she was a Velam. I asked where the festival was held and she pointed me to sector 3. The conversation was quickly ended with her running off to reach somewhere apparently important.

Going up the box felt quicker and was certainly less crowded than going down. Searching through the 3rd sector was strange, there were just random areas where people would just stand and talk to one another while other areas had giant areas where they could trade items and gold with each other.

The event area was quickly noticeable with its flashing colors and loud audience. The place is fantastical, there are spell casters performing tricks with magic with groups of people watching the performance in awe. There are also people just looking to trade with magical items and goods, but there's also a group of children looking for gold from other people on the street. Others were trying to teach younger children to cast small magical spells

Some small children, often in grey, ragged clothing were trying to pickpocket or beg for gold off of the people in this event. They would soon after taking the gold, go behind a dark area and soon emerge with the gold missing.

In the interest of curiosity, I decided to follow behind the children knowing that I will most likely be noticed. There was a man who is collecting the gold that these children collected. He soon noticed me walking towards them. Our conversation was more back and forth with me providing the reason why I was following behind and his concerns with me. It quickly escalated into combat.

He ran at me with a knife exposes that had a silver-like blade with a green edge, quickly cutting me in the leg. Besides the obvious wounds, the area became slightly green and I began feeling nauseated. I quickly lashed out by dashing backward and throwing my fan blades backward. They curved in trajectory so they can return to me easily but missed by an undershot. After caching the blades. I passed out suddenly from nausea.

(Voice speaking to me and replying to my thoughts) An unnatural feeling ran over me as I enter into a strange and dark dream. A gate dark gate stood before me with the moon goddess standing in the center of the room. She is cloaked in blue and white like the colors of the Icy tundras I used to visit. She seemed to replyed to my thoughts almost like an endless torrent of information. We almost had a mental argument if I should go into the room or not. She finally won and I stuck my hand into the room to check to see if it was real.

My first steps into the room seemed to transform reality itself, warping the room into a triangular structure with the gate behind me vanishing. Each wall had a gateway with red, velvety drapes pulled back to reveal the items behind. There were 3 Items, the First was a ball of light that had some sort of animal within it, there seemed to be a radiance of pureness and a feeling of home that I was drawn to. The second item was a silver, metallic lump that seemed to warp reality around it. The feeling was cold and felt like it would reject me. The third and final item was a closed book with a blue fabric around it. There was a strange crystal bound to the book with a flying humanoid creature inside the crystal. There was so much power that emanated from the book, flooding the area. There were humming sounds that resonated from the book like singing. Some of it felt frantic while others were dark and nefarious.

"Pick one," the Moon Goddess sharply mentions in my mind as I analyze the last of the items. I reach my hand over the orb instinctively. Colors suddenly filled the room and a black cat the size of my palm appeared in my hands. It was small, still a baby but it had a crescent moon in white fur on its forehead.

I quickly awoken with the cat, awakened, and trying to get me up, pulling at my vest. I got up and sat on the ground before it wondering why there was a cat now and what I was going to do with it. Suddenly, it turned into a ball of orange light and went to the back of my hand where another tattoo, this time in the shape of a diamond, now sits in.
