CHAPTER T H R E E

Justine's POV

Anxie screams as loud as she can after we jumped off. When we hit the water that's when I remember I don't know how to swim. I tried swimming towards the surface. Key word 'tried'. I wanna scream  for help pero maraming tubig ang pumapasok sa bibig ko.

 May humila sa kamay ko hanggang naka-ahon yung ulo ko. I breathe in and out para maging normal na yung paghinga ko at bumaba na yung heart rate ko, nafefeel ko na kasi yung beat niya.

 Tinulungan nila akong umupo, nakita ko si Anxie na lumalangoy papunta samin. "Hayop ka Justine patalon talon kapa di mo naman pala alam lumangoy!" Sabi ni Ashiana at hinampas pa ako sa braso, like bitch I suffered enough stop slapping me.

 "Bitch di ko naman alam ganon kalalim!"  Sagot ko sakanya. " At pwede ba, I almost died na,  hinampas mo pa ako." I added. Tumayo ako ng dahan dahan at nasa hita ko lng yung water kaya naglakad ako papunta sa surface. May tumulo sakin. Tumingin ako sa taas at, whoa ang daming.. ano nga tawag dito?

"Whoa guys tignan niyo." Narinig ko na sabi ni Anxie habang tinuturo ang mga pointy things sa itaas ng cave. "Guys, those are stalactite." Sabi niya. We all looked at her. "Stata- what?" Tanong ni Millena. Anxie rolled her eyes. "Di ba kayo nakikinig kay Sir Vince?" Tanong niya samin. We all shook our heads and she gave us a pointed look. Sir Vince is our Science teacher

 Merong crush si Anxie sakanya. "Kasalanan ba namin na ang boring boring niyang magturo?" Sabi ni Ashiana. Anxie put her hands on her hips. "Hoi for your information, di kaya siya boring!" Sabi ni Anxie. "May crush ka kasi sakanya." Sabi ko.

 Millena giggled at that. "Pake  niyo ba? Gwapo niya kaya." Sagot ni Anxie. Nagkunwari ako na parang nasusuka. Ashiana gave Anxie a Are-you-serious look. "I think I'm gonna puke." Sabi ni Millena while covering her mouth. Anxie glared at us.

I then remember na may bags pala kami. "Guys ang bags natin!" Sinabihan ko sila at chineck din nila ang bags nila. Please, please, please don't be wet. I chanted. 

I took all the stuff out and found my phone and camera all wet and..dead. All the clothes I saved are also wet. "Shit, guys sira na phone ko. Pati mga damit ko basa na." Sabi ni Millena. "Akin  din." Sabay na sinabi nila Anxie at Ashiana. Tinignan nila ako to see kung ano condition ng saakin. I shook my head to tell them basa din. 

"Ok so ano ngayun kung wala na tayong mga gamit... gadgets... at pagkain..  We still have eachother naman. AND I found a way out!" Sabi ni Millena while pointing behing us. Tinignan namin at oo meron ngang exit. 

Kumuha ako ng jacket na basa at itinali sa bewang ko. Iniwan ko nlng dn ang mga gamit ko at lumakad papunta sa exit na nakita ni Millena. They all followed me out and we were out in a jiffy.

 "Uh guys.." Narinig namin na nagsabi si Anxie. Tinignan siya namin at nakikitang may tinuturo siya sa paa ni Millena. We all saw a snake. Millena is still oblivious on what was happening but that's a good thing, I think. 

Dahan dahang kumuha si Ashiana ng stick na malapit lng sakanya at ibinigay sakin. Wait what? "Huh? Why me?" I whispered-yelled at her. Anxie pushed me forward at sinabing. "You're the closest." She looked at me smugly and gestured with her hands to go on. I gave her one of my glares.

I slowly walk up to Millena who is still oblivious kung ano ang nangyayari at ini-enjoy ang fresh air and ang sunrise. I raised the stick and dragged it down to hit the snake, but.

"Ow! Fuckity Shit. Justine! What the fuck?! Why in the world with no cows around are you doing?" She screamed. Oh my poor innocent ears. I glared at her and looked at the snake who run- I mean crawl or I don't know, slither away- and hid behind the bush to never be seen ever again, I hope. Ya bitch run away from me and my powerful stick!

I looked back at Millena. "Well I'm sorry not so sorry,  if I tried to hit the snake but hit you instead, then I'm truly not sorry." Sabi ko while looking at her smugly. Ha bish take that! But I do feel sorry.. pero di ko sasabihin sakanya. 

We heard laughter from behind. Millena and I looked behind me and saw Ashiana and Anxie dying of laughter. "Har har. Very funny." Millena clutched her foot and rolled her eyes at  the two while I giggled.

I let the stick fall from my hands and walked over Ash  and An. Millena followed. "Come on guys. Lets go for an adventure."Sabi ni Ashiana at inilagay ang kamay niya sa balikat ko at kay Anxie na tinutulungan si Millena. 

This are the friends I will never replace. I smiled and rested my head beside Ashiana's head and walked towards the forest na walang alam kung ano ang naghihintay saamin doon. I raised my head and looked at Millena. "Sorry By the way." Sabi ko. She rolled her eyes. "Ya, ya, I know you were sorry." And gave me a mischievous smile. She slowly walked towards me. Oh no..

"Now give me a piggy back ride!" Sabi niya. I groaned, pero tinupad yung kahilingan niya. Kawawa naman siya pag pinabayaan ko. "Hop in you big fat dufus." Sabi ko sakanya. She slapped my head and climbed my back. "Oi!  you're really heavy. How much do you weight? 234 kilograms?" Tanong ko sakanya. Tumawa sina Anxie at Ashiana. "Boba, mas mataba ka kesa sakin!" Sabi niya sabay hampas sa shoulder ko. I roll my eyes at nag lakad na. I hope mahanap na kmi sooner or later and sana di masira likod ko.
