The Royal House of Velasquez still doesn't know that Knight isn't Kelleon's Biological Son, which in conclusion makes him an illegitimate successor of the title. As the Possessive 22 has officially posted it's Epilogue on February 24, 2021, it was revealed that Elizabeth never claimed her title as Countess and let her half-brother Knight Velasquez take care of it.

When a Male Royalty marries a commoner, their wife can become a Queen or a Princess.
But when a Princess marries a commoner, that doesn't change anything, her husband cannot be a Prince. But when a Female Royalty is a Queen her husband can become a King. That's how it works.
