Missed Calls

 Your brain stutters for a moment and your eyes take in more light than you expected, every part of you goes on pause while your thoughts catch up.

"J-Jisung?" The thoughts in your mind got all messy as she looked at you confusingly. "I'm sure you know him, you too look...pretty close" She murmured looking down at her knees.

"I mean we are quite close.."  You stopped yourself before making her feel more bad.

"So...what are you going to do? Confess to him?"  You started fidgeting your dress for no reason. "Maybe...but if you're uncomfortable I won't!" You nodded as a reply, you turned back to her but you saw her grinning to the side.

"Um..what are you smiling about?" She suddenly jumped out of her seat. You definitely frightened her for a bit. "O-Oh nothing!" 

After Jisung was done talking to his hyungs, he walked back to you. "Hey, Y/n I'm going to the bathroom.." He looked at the girl you were sitting with and just bowed slightly.

"I'm Carie!" She said holding out her hand towards Jisung. "Ah..I'm Jisung.."

You definitely could sense that Jisung was feeling uncomfortable, especially whenever he meets a girl he's never seen before.

"Well..I'm off!" Jisung walked towards the bathroom and Carie turned to you. "I need to go to the bathroom too, catch you later!" You just awkwardly sat by yourself with your third drink.

It's been a while since Jisung was in the toilet..Imma go check on him

You got up from your seat,grabbing your purse behind you. "Hey Jisung you-"

You dropped your purse,leaving your jaw wide open. Carie had hold Jisungs' face close to her in a kiss but Jisung doesn't look like he wanted it. But you didn't know that time, you had mix feelings that day.

You just ran out of the school and into you and Jisungs' favourite childhood playground. You collapsed onto the sandpit onto your knees. Somehow you felt tears streaming down your cheeks. You didn't know why you were feeling this way, especially towards Jisung.

Not long after, Jisung knew where'd you go when you're not feeling okay. He saw you there,kneeling down with your hands covering your eyes,sniffling.

He ran up to you and tried to comfort you,but you just pushed him away. "Y/n, it's all a misunderstanding! Let me explain!"

He tried to persuade you but it didn't work, so he decided to give you some distance and waited till you were ready to talk.

You slowly got up from the sandpit and sat next to Jisung on the other swing. He handed you his hanker chief for you to wipe off your tears. "Y/n, listen to me. That Carie girl pulled me into that kiss against my will! I tried pushing her away but she just held on so tightly and..."

Jisungs' eyes began to water as he looked down at his shoes. "I'm sorry Y/n.." You rubbed his back comfortingly, "It's okay, I understand it's not your fault. I'm the one that should be sorry..I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions.."

He got up and hugged you tightly. You hugged him back and caressed his back. "It's okay..it's okay.."

Carie on the other hand was watching you both behind a tree from a far, clenching her fists and gritted her teeth..
