Harper's making pancakes. Again. (I do love them though!)
"Morning" I mirror.
I feel surprisingly energized this morning. I don't even need my alarm clock! (ha-ha , I don't have an alarm clock)
"So you totally ditched me last night. I didn't even hear you come in. How was it? Tell me EVERYTHING" Harper says as she sits down at our mini dining table.
Huh? Oh right, the... meeting?
"Oh um yeah it was nothing." I grab a piece of toast.
Harper gives me a 'are you kidding me' look.

"I dunno, we just talked for a bit. that's all."
Harper looks at me expectantly.

I shrug. "I told you it was honestly nothing. I don't even remember exactly what we talked about. Must have been boring."
Harper just stares at me in shock and confusion. "You don't remember -what?!"

Harper studies me , unsure, And says, "All right, I gotta go to class but there is definitely something weird up. I'll get it out of ya later! Anyway I guess for now you're fine but don't go talking to anymore weirdos without me! Bye Alex"

Harper leaves the dorm and then there's just me. I giggle some more and throw myself into my bed once again.
