WHEN HAD THEY FIRST MET? IT SEEMED SO LONG AGO. Was it when they were both trying to get into U.A. High? That wretched entrance exam had left her skin ripped at and torn for weeks. She had to get her skin glued back together— that week was the worse week of them all. Maybe it was in the hallways as she made her way to Class 1-B while he went Class 1-A. Had their eyes met as they walked right past each other? Maybe.

Perhaps it was during the Sports Festival when they went up against one another. Their match had ended up in a tie. It was a fair match to be quite honest. But all they had said to each other was 'congrats' and 'you were a good match'. That really couldn't be considered meeting someone, could it?

How about during that training camp? She had seen him training while she did her own but she paid no mind to him, instead focusing on her own quirk training. She had also seen him in remedial lessons with his other classmate. They had locked eyes for a moment but she turned back to her paper at the sound of Monoma's overbearing voice.

Even during the provisional licence exam, they must have seen each other there at least. She could clearly remember his grin as he walked into the room all the while she held a cup of hot chocolate. She remembered almost choking because of his mellifluous laughter. It was so... pretty.

It had to at least been during the School Festival. Running into each other at least a dozen times all the while carrying supplies for their class. They hadn't bothered to chat at all though. Just a simple glance at the other was all. Though she remembered watching as his classmates laughed and danced to the music that was played. She had looked up to see him taping his classmate to the ceiling. She laughed; he did too.

The last possible way they could've met was during the joint training exercise they had— Class 1-A vs Class 1-B. She didn't expect to almost get caught in his new move halfway through. She was oh-so clearly impressed and he was feeling extremely confident. After the match she had complimented him. He hoped she hadn't seen the extremely bright blush on his cheeks as she walked away.

When had they met?

It was their second year of high school.

That was when he truly met her and her, him.

UEKI (Y/N).
