Peony Parkinson has been shuffled through hospitals and treatments for as long as she remembered due to her life of sicknesses. Her sickly manner had made it impossible for a normal childhood or education. Worst of all, as the bastard child of the Parkinson family and a half-blood in a pure-blooded society, she wasn't only an outcast at Hogwarts, but at home as well.
But when Fred Weasley makes the mistake of pranking her and they come together in ways they would never had imagined, she finds that life is a little easier when you have someone to hold you, in sickness and health, no matter the blood type. And with his help, Peony learns to accept herself as more than just the sick, outcasted Parkinson but as someone who stood against her adversities and won.
