Anime x Reader headcanons

tobio!!

so i have started haikyuu (i know im late) and im so not head over heels, got my head in the ground like an ostrich in love with kageyama tobio

have my stupid headcanon shit

(scenario 1)

(this is when the team starts acting like friends but before the inter high tournament)

hmm tobio wasn't in his classroom, maybe he's at practice already. i wanted to see him before i went home.

after walking through the halls for a few minutes, i finally make it to the gym where tobio's team is practicing. 

i slide the door open just a bit and peek my head inside, scanning the place for any signs of tobio. i don't see any so i shyly open the door all the way and step inside, preparing myself to talk to the team and ask where tobio is.

 all heads snap their attention to me with dumbfounded and confused looks on their faces. i give a small smile and shyly wave at them.

"uh, im here to-"

i get cut off as two boys, second years i think (tanaka and noya), come rushing up to me. they look super excited with stars in their eyes and blushes on their cheeks. i take a small step back since they're so close to me and without any warning they start talking and asking questions at an incomprehensible speed. 

i put my hands up in front of me and take another step back which put me just outside of the door. 

(part a)

all of a sudden the two boys go silent and have a look on their face like they've seen a ghost. they both run away and hide behind one of the taller teammates. (asahi)

"huh?"

i turn around and there he is. my tobio. looking like a murderous psychopath. i give him a big warm smile and tight hug.

"tobio! i was just looking for you!"

he finally manages to return the hug after removing his arms from my death grip.

"huh? why?"

"well i wanted to come see you before i went home"

his face explodes into red.

"o-oh"

i release the hug and just smile up at him the sweetest i can.

"kageyama has a girlfriend?" i hear one of his teammates say. (hinata)

"how did he get a girlfriend? and she's so pretty!" (noya)

"she's way out of his league and way too nice for him" (tanaka)

and just like that tobio's murderous aura comes back.

"so? what about it huh?" he yells and starts to chase them around the gym.

(part b)
