POV of Adah
When were in car, I stare him like how an actor can be like this. so normal.... I always thought they live in limelight and their world is different from us...
'Hey What you're thinking?' he interrupts my thoughts.
'Nothing..... I am so sorry for behaving so casually sir...' I apologize
'You have done nothing.... Don't call me sir....' He says and I nod. 'So you are from?' he asks me
'India'
'Then what you're doing here?' he asks me and I am confused what to say.
'I escaped..... with permission of mom dad...' I say the truth only in short.
'Interesting' he says with a smile.
We then go for lunch in a big restaurant and I don't know what to say....
POV of Berk
AS I thought this girl is very different from other girls... and yes talented too... I really want to know her story why she escaped from her home...country...
'So what you wanna eat?' I ask her
'Nothing...'
'What?' I ask her by raising my eyebrow
'See...You're a well known star.... and after behaving so casually I am not feeling so good and even this restaurant ....' she stops. I think she is an over thinker...
'Do you want to go different restaurant?' I ask but I know she'll say NO...
'No..No...It's fine...' she says and I smile. This time I don't ask her what she wants to eat. So, I order veg and non veg both foods whatever she'll like she can eat. She remains silent and I like to watch her silent, nervous. When food arrives she chooses veg...Thank god I ordered it...
'See... I really don't have habit of eating food in big restaurant and even I don't talk to strangers too... BUT here all strangers are my friends they help me directly indirectly so...What you want?' she asks me....Not bad madam you asked very straight.
'No problem next time we'll go in different restaurant....' I say and I can see a big question mark on her face.
'Next....?'
'Yes...next....from now I think, I need you everyday.' I say... Though I am not straightforward , and I like her face reactions god she's so cute....
'Wait....What and Why?' she asks full in shock
'See after watching you're painting I want you to work for me and my business.' Okay no more playing...to the point statement.
'But you're an actor na ?' she asks
'I am multitask-er' I say and wink.
After lunch I decide to more time with her, as she is new so I am sure she has not seen many places here. I put my phone on DND mode so no one can call me directly. and ask Mirac to handle everything especially Sarah. If she knew about Adah I really don't know how she'll react. WE both talk for hours but yet I haven't asked her story why she escaped but came to know about she also writes. Even she also shared some of her poems and sharayaris. Finally, I drop her at her home at evening.
'Take my card...There are two numbers one is mine and one is of Mirac... Inform me what you decide and yes don't take any kind of pressure take you time.... Okay?' I ask her and she nods like a child. Even her face is also so childish. I turn away to go back in car.
'Berk!' she calls and I turn back 'Thank you for today....'
'Pleasure was mine Adah...' I say with a smile. God her tone how she took my name. I just hope she'll agree for work.
