A SUDDEN MEET

Chapter - 15

By evening we shift on our new home. Silly Ash removed all the stickers from room and has taken it for here too but I asked her not to spoil this house as it is not ours. This house is of medium size four different rooms, kitchen, living room and my favourite part terrace and garden. Day passed and yet no texts from him.

'Mirac anything about Berk?' I ask

'Sorry Adah he don't use phone while shooting but if you want to say or ask can inform me I'll ask him.' He says

'No..no its fine.'

At night Mirac also left and we were alone. Ash asked me to draw portrait of Berk for his birthday gift so I agreed.

Days passed and no text from him... I was feeling uneasy don't know why... I was desperate to talk...

Tomorrow is his birthday and we don't have any idea what to do. It's already too late so I decide complete his portrait as I used to it at night when Mirac was not here. I observed friendship between Mirac and Asya they seems to be close but I am happy. Today I was alone as Asya was gone home. I was continuing my work but suddenly I feel like someone is watching me I turn around and check but no one. I check time it's 11:30pm then I continue, finally when I complete it I pack it in a box. And then someone puts his hand on my back. I was going to shout but he closes my mouth before I could say anything.

'SHhhh don't be scared' I hear a similar voice and slowly open my eyes. 'I am know it is not a good time and sorry for scaring you.' Berk says and removes his hand from my mouth.

'What are you doing here?' I ask

'I am escaping from Sarah...' he says and I am confused but my heartbeat is fast because I was scared I take a deep breath and ask him to sit.

'Happy birthday...' I wish him. It's already 12am so... he sighs

'You remembered ... Thanks...' he says and hugs me this time I hug him back I was scared and yes I wanted to see him from last some days he was not texting... I missed him

'I think you missed me badly...' he says with chuckle and I push myself back.

'Yes..very...NO...I mean no... I didn't missed you...LEAVE tell me what happened?' I ask and changes the subject

'She was with me all these week so she wanted to stay with me today... but I wanted to stay alone... she was not leaving me alone so I and Mirac role played and now she is in my house with my family and I escaped. I am here from evening I was sleeping and you also didn't checked room. You should be careful Adah if someone else would get in other than me then?' his tone changed playful to like he was scolding me

'I was busy....' I say

'I noticed even you didn't had time for dinner thank god I came here with full preparation...eat it.' He orders me hands food

'I am not hungry...but okay I don't want to argue... Huh I thought I was alone'

'No your shadow was with you... I mean your boss...' he says with laugh

'Ah very funny....wait don't tell me you watched what I was painting?' I ask in confusion I hope he hadn't seen himself

'Umm no actually I was not able to see but it seemed like a boy.... Your Indian boyfriend??' he says jokingly but.... My boyfriend...Berk had no idea what I had gone through how SID had betrayed me.... I wonder what he was doing ... or his happy family.....

'Hey Hey what you're thinking? Why tears I was joking ....Adahhh' he says and I noticed my tears....

'Nothing I think we should sleep.... I mean I am going in my room... and you sleep wherever you want...' I say slowly and stands up from couch but suddenly he hold my hands and stop me

'You can share your problem... I am a good listener and adviser' he says but now in serious tone

'In short my life is like a movie or serial full of unexpected ups and downs which I hate...' I say and rush towards my room.
