"I hope you realize how much you're hurting me," Kaneki whispered to himself as he saw her sit down on the vacant park bench. A breeze brushed through her hair, and ruffled her coat.
The rain concealed her tears, but even from the distance, he could the water pouring from her eyes and the small muffled sobs she gave out. He made sure not to all from the old tree's branches as he gazed at her. Hints of sadness pooled in his own eyes.
"You just need to remember me, is all." He murmured as he zipped his face mask up, and squinted at her.
And you won't forget.

I do not own Tokyo Ghoul, Kaneki Ken, other mentioned characters, the images and fonts used in the cover or any other copy rightable properties. Nothing but my words belong to me, okay.
This book will be rated for older teen/ young adult audiences since I do plan to write explicit scenes.
