Reader likes Jiro and always compliments her and just doesn't see why they should lie (basically tells the truth the time, brutally honest, can lie if needed but they often don't see the point) they want to get to know Jiro more and be better friends (platonic).

Your POV

Pursuing my lips together, I lean against the kitchen counter of the dorm complex and clear my throat as I sip at my coffee. My eyes flitting toward my friend who's currently being flirted with by a rather flirtatious blonde who's possibly been pining for her ever since he laid eyes on her. A small smile on my lips as I watch Kaminari lean against the wall with Kyoka in front of him. The electric blonde babbles toward the shorter girl with a big grin on his lips, the male lighting up the conversation like the sun on a dark day while the girl in front of him sinks against the wall with a small indistinguishable blush on her cheeks.

You could only notice her blush if you looked properly.

Biting back a laugh, I watch as her tsundere side begins to surface. The girl pushes Kaminari away from him making him whine gently before grinning as Kyoka's blush grows in shade. Going from a light red to a proper dark red, her eyes scrunch shut as she storms off with a small mumble. The girl heading my way to try and avoid Kaminari's flirtatious advances, her hands covering her cheeks as she perches herself beside me and buries her head into my arm making me laugh softly.

Knowing that he's failed his umpteenth attempt in trying to coerce Kyoka into dating him and/or going out on a date to then go into dating, Kaminari deflates slightly with pouty lips before shrugging and walking off to hang out with Bakugo and Kirishima.

With Kaminari gone, I look toward my blushing friend who bites her lip and clears her throat. The girl ignoring my pointed look as she grabs a flask from the cupboard and makes her own cup of coffee before looking toward me and sipping at her own coffee. Kyoka finally recovering from her little blushing fiasco. Her soft dark purple eyes shimmering with disbelief as I arch a brow her way.

"What?" She asks, almost snapping toward me making me shake my head and laugh into my coffee as I sip at it. The girl scoffing gently as I refuse to answer her, "Oh shush! We're not going out! I wouldn't ever go out with him! He's so la —"

"Your tsundere is showing," I point out, dodging the flying spoon that she hurls toward me favouring life instead of being pummelled by a small spoon, "Okay! Okay! Pfft... you wanna go to the cafe and go out shopping or are you going to pine for lover boy?"

"(Y/n)!" Kyoka threatens, narrowing her eyes before sighing as I stick my tongue out toward her and saunter toward the front door of the complex, "I'm not pining! I wouldn't pine for him,"

"Okay," I hum with a small laugh, opening up the front door for her to walk out before I follow after her and head across the U.A campus to leave through the front gates, "I'm just saying, you were as red as Kirishima's hair when he was flirting with you, it looks like you like him back,"

"Shhhh!" Kyoka whines, swatting at my arm as we leave the front gates and walk down the sidewalk toward the town centre, "It's not like that! Okay! Drop it, please,"

Backing off on the subject, I smile toward Kyoka as she hums a soft tune to herself as we walk down the street. Kyoka's lips mumbling the words of the song stuck in her head making me sip at my coffee and nod my head to the beat of the song. She is such a good singer.
