It was 6 am when your phone alarm went off, indicating the start of a new day. You groaned with your face against the pillow and rolled around to turn it off. You rolled back facing your boyfriend, Luke, who was looking at you with a little smile. "Good morning beautiful" he said with his morning voice. "Morning babe" you responded with a smile. "I'm so sorry about this...you're on your tour break and you're supposed to be resting, but still you wake up early because of my stupid alarm.God, I'm such a horrible person I feel like I'm const..." "UGH Y/N...you talk too much" Luke said, shutting your lips with his hand."Y/N, if I don't wake up to your gorgeous face every morning, you know what would that do to me?" "What?" you asked after he moved his hand. "I'd go crazy all day and become a big mess.So you're actually doing me a favour" he said, brushing his fingers along your face."Yeah, I guess your life would really suck without me in it" you said jokingly. "Yeah, it sure would" he said with a little laugh. "Okay, I need to get up now if I don't want to be late for work" you said.
Just when you were about to get out of bed, Luke pulls you by your arm into his warm embrace. "How about you skip work today" he said, wrapping his arms around your waist and holding you against his chest.
"Luke, don't do this now, I skipped work too many times and my boss is not quite happy with that." "Come on Y/N, I wanna cuddle with you and watch movies in bed all day...please Y/N" he said, looking at you with that irresistibly cute puppy face. Luke kept whining for almost 15 minutes until he finally gave in. You took a shower, brushed your teeth, and got dressed.
When you went downstairs and into the kitchen, you saw luke waiting for you with a plate of scrambled eggs, toast on the side and your usual coffee. "There you are...I made you breakfast...take a seat". "Whoa whoa...just a second" he said stopping you from sitting down. He moved towards you and pulled the kitchen's chair for you. "My lady" he said gesturing towards the chair with his hands."Oh what a gentleman" you said with a smile. Luke then grabs the plate and places it infornt of you. "For breakfast this morning, we're serving these heavenly made eggs with perfectly warm toast on the side..and your cup of coffee with cream ofcourse just the way you like it...Enjoy!!!" "Luke...It smells great" you said, sniffing the plate. "Thank you baby" you said before giving him a peck on the lips.
You had your breakfast quickly so that you won't be late for work. Luke leaned against the counter watching you with a wide smile and drinking his coffee.
After breakfast, you held your laptop case and car keys. Luke followed you to your car, rushing to open the door. "Thanks babe" you said as you got in the car. You rolled down the window and he leaned in and kissed you softly."I love you" he said smiling..."I love you more Lukey"
