I walked fast paced as I entered the school's gymnasium to witness the welcome ceremony of our School Director sa bagong school year. Medyo jammed pack ang gym dahil nadin siguro sa mga freshies na piniling magwaldas ng pera dito sa Unibersidad. I can't blame them. The school's reputation and achievements are immeasurable.
Umupo ako sa bleacher side para kahit papaano ay madaling lumabas pag natapos na ang talumpati ni Director. I heard freshmen girls giggled as they watched one the school groups that I christened "GGSS" Or so called
Gwapong gwapo sa sarili walk their way with yabang inside the crowdes area. I smirked as I witness how other girls drool over them. Yuck.
Nakakaawa naman sila. I said as I held my DSLR camera to take snapshots of the said event.
Hindi ko lubos maisip na may mga taong literal na tutulo ang laway dahil sa pagdaan ng mga nilalang na kunwari'y cool. Hindi ko lubos maisip kung ang tanging rold lang nila sa universe ay humarap sa salamin at sambahin ang sarili.
I was busy taking pictures when someone from the crowd shout my name.
"Kaaaaaaeeeeellllllleeee Vaaaaleeeenncciiiiaa!" sigaw ng isa sa mga kaibigan kong nabibilang lang sa daliri ang dami which made other heads turn our side. Gosh Andi! She smiled genuinely and waved like a queen. Wala na akong magawa kaya kumaway nalang din ako at tumango. She motions her hand to a specific section and I just nodded.
I continue what I was doing before I was interrupted nang napaghalataan kong patapos na mag speech si Director. In which on cue, pumanhik na ang nga GGSS sa stage at nag setup.
Sad to say, that GGSS i was reffering about is one of the University's famous band, The Cryptics. Headed by none other than the resident Airhead shit Wesley Lopez and company.

I was drowned by the screaming and shouting of the crowd. Nakakarindi nang eardrums! I stopped taking pictures and went hurriendly outside the hell hole. I never see myself doing that kind of thing I just witnessed. Well, maybe if I got a chance to have front row tickets of my fave bands baka magawa ko pang maglupasay sa saya at mapigtas ang throat sa kakasigaw at kakajamming. But whinning like a child nang dahil lang sa mga lalaking sabihin na nating may itsura? No. Never.
Napailing nalang ako habang sina-scan ang pictures. But one thing is for sure about the pictures. They are in perfect bliss. The way the appreciate those airheads kanina sa stage kahiy hindi sila kilala ng mga ito. I was satisfied by the result so I decided na ipasa na ang material sa school paper.
I transfered the files to the computer and left a note the the editor-in-chief.
"Selena, the photos are already uploaded. Pakipili nalang ng mga bet mo para ma-edit ko. Please notify me on my email so that I can work it at home. xoxo.

I went out of the office and head straight to class.

"Anak ng tokwa naman Kaelle! hinanap kita kanina para makapagpapicture ako sa The Cryptics pero MIA KA! Nakakabanas ka promise." Andi whined as I sat next to her sa cafeteria.
"Shut Up Andi! You sound so desperate. Nasaan na yung dating Andi. Pakibalik nga!!!" I answered grinning like idiot.
"You owe me one Kaelle.Alam mong maniningil ako." She answered and continue eating her carbonara.
Napailing nalang ako sa asal ng kaibigan ko. How could she be so hooked with those idiots who do nothing but sing and act like the school's kings. Shit na Tangina pa with hearts para mas damangdama.
Hinila ko si Andi dahil nagmumukha na siyang tanga dun sa cafeteria habang salita ng salita pero diko pinapansin.
"Oh siya Sige. I owe you one. Just keep your mouth shut. Nakakarindi kana eh." I told her which made her smile from ear to ear.
Iniwan ko siya sa may lockers dahil may last class pa ako which is Dance Class. I love dancing kasi but I am unfortunate dahil kaklase ko ang dalawang GGSS.
I change into my comfy attire and went back to the room.
I saw eyes staring at me when I occupied one area to stretch. Ngayon lang ba sila nakakita ng taong nag i-istretch?! Eh ayoko mainjured.
From my view, andaming bago. Sa school kasi pwede kang mag major ng isa pang field not related sa course mo. Most of us choose to enhance our talents aside from Academic stuffs.
I put my wireless headphone while stretching and patiently waiting for our instructor. Yung iba gumaya nadin sakin. Lumipat ako sa kabilang side dahil may inaaral akong bagong choreo ng isang sayaw na nakita ko sa youtube.
I busied myself mastering the beat and steps when Sammy caught my attention and motioned na paparating na si Prof. I nod my head and take off my gear. Pinunasan ko ang pawisan kong mukha at sumalampak na sa sahig along with the others.
It was another awkward year for me having those two airheads seated behind me dahil ramdam ko ang pagsaglit sila sa batok ko. What's with my batok ba?!
Buti nalang at pinatayo na kaming lahat dahil may pinakitang video si Prof at gagayahin daw namin ang steps. I Was Shocked dahil ito yung videong pinag aaralan ko. Haha!
We group ourselves into five. Im with the group of freshmen. Our Prof instructed us to be familiar with the steps since may posibilidad na i perform namin ito sa Unity Night.
Mabilis naman nilang nakuha ang beat. Buti nalang dahil ayoko kasing pauli ulit na pagtuturo. I decided to take a break ay sumalampak ako sa sahig at kinuha ang phone kong kanina pa nag vavibrate.

I arched my eyebrow. Sus! Kung alam ko lang na may popormahan ang GGSS dito sa clase. I should warned her.
I replied to Andi.
I don't freaking care. Hampasin ko sila ng sapatos eh.
And drink the gatorade beside me.
