Ashton's POV
So there is this girl called Ella; Ella Louise Jones to be precise. She was one of those girls who never gave anything away, trying to figure her out was like trying to crack the code to a safe. Impossible.
She has been my best friend for 17 (nearly 18, its my birthday soon) years. It's weird when a guy says it but she knows everything about me, she knows the little things, the big things and most of all she knew how to make me smile. She is the only one who knows about my dream to be in a band, she's the only one I trust enough to support me.
She had long brown curly hair which always looked so tamed and perfect, you know, the kind that blows in the wind behind you. Her eyes were a dark shade brown and if you ever got the chance to look into them it was like looking deep into your soul. That didn't happen often though, she hated people looking into her eyes because she said it felt like she was letting her guard down. Mind you, one of the only times I've managed to look at her that way was when.. well um.. when we kissed.
So now you've got me started on the kiss.. We were at my house, drunk off of alcohol we had stole from my parents wine cabinet and alone. We agreed to never let it happen, but there was something about the way her lips felt up against mine. It felt right, it felt safe and it felt like home. Of course I didn't tell her that though.
• okay so I don't really know what direction I want to take with this story, so this is just sort of a filler chapter. let me know what you think please :)
