Chapter 28 Recording Studio

-Andrea's POV-

"Get up." Luke says, staring into my eyes with the blinds open. I groan and look at him, "Hey.." I mumble and sit up. His eyes widen, "Your bed head is hot." He smirks, I giggle and stand up. Luke is so confusing, one minute it's Cake af, the next he's flirting with chicks. He's probably bi, but still. I look back at Michael, his red hair sticking out everywhere is honestly the hottest thing on him. "Wait, why're you waking me up? You usually let me sleep in.." I ask, he looks surprised. "He didn't tell you?! Oh my god, we have to go to the studio and record today.." Luke explains. I stare blankly at him, "I'll get him up, dress casually I assume?" I ask and he sends me a quick nod, then walks back into the living room.

I walk over to Michael an rip the covers off of him, I bet he regrets only wearing boxers now. He gets into a little ball and moans, "NooooooOoOooo.", I laugh as he tries to get the duvet out of my hand, failing miserably. "You have to record today, go get in the shower!" I demand, he sits up slowly. He flashes me a sly smile, "Only if you get in with me." He huffs, I roll my eyes, "Seriously." I demand and he laughs, "I'm being serious!" He exclaims and leans his back onto the headboard of the bed. I roll my eyes again, "Michael Gordon Clifford, get in that shower right now!" I say quite loudly and he immediately gets up and rushes for his clothes. After gloating a bit about my victorty, I look for an outfit myself.

I'm still searching for the perfect bottoms to go with my plain red long sleeve by the time Michael's out of the shower and dressed. "Shit, we have 10 minutes! Get ready!" Michael reminds me, blow drying his hair. I quickly put on some black skinnies, my red long sleeve, and royal blue vans. I decide just to wear eyeliner and mascara so we could get there early. "Let's go." I say, grabbing my keys and my Calvin Klein purse. I waited for the cold air to hit me in the face as we outside, but it never came, "How is it not cold?" I ask, relieved but still confused. Michael looks down at me and smirks, without saying anything he puts his arm around me and stays like that.

Luke holds open the studio door for everyone, and it's really nice. The floors are wooden and there are pictures of people I'm assuming recorded here. Michael drags me into one of the many doors and I'm met with one of the nicest rooms I've ever seen. It has the usual recording stuff, sound board, soundproof room, but it has a small stage with three chairs and a small coffee table. "Hey Andrea, is it? Just sit over there. It may take a while.." A man informs me as the guys go into the sound booth. I do as told and sit in one of the chairs, immediately searching for my box of cigarettes. I find the yellow box and open it up, trying to hide it inside of my purse. I sigh, two left. "Okay, three...two....one" The man says and hits a button on the soundboard. The guys all start singing, they really are great. I stand and tap on the man's shoulder, "Where is the bathroom?" I ask and he raises an eyebrow, "Down the hall, second left, first right.." He says and focuses his attention back on the guys. I can see the hurt face on Calum as I leave, 'I'm sorry' I mouth and quickly leave.

I follow the directions and get lost, "Shit.." I mutter under my breath. I start back the way I came, staring at the floor until I bump into something face first and fall onto the ground, "You okay?" A boy asks me, staring down with an outstretched hand. I nod and take his hand, "Sorry, I should watch where I'm going.." I mumble and he smiles.

"I'm Alex. Alex Gaskarth."
